Absolutely loved this bakery! Everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully made, you'd never guess it was vegan unless you were told. The pastries were perfectly balanced (not too sweet), & the variety was impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, & happy to explain ingredients or make recommendations, which made the experience even better. You can really tell they care about both the food & the customers. I'll definitely be coming back & recommending this place to everyone! The vegan ones are super delicious too! The lady was very friendly & welcoming.

The falafel was fresh & flavorful! It was my 1st time there & I totally recommend it 👌
Seriously, I should of taken only the falafel because I couldn't finish the plate. They have a mini store inside, it's pretty nice & welcoming.

Falafel St Jacques is an absolute gem! The food is incredibly tasty, with every bite bursting with flavor. The falafel, freshly fried to perfectionl, is light, crunchy on the outside, & soft inside.

What makes the experience even better is Mekonen's warm & friendly welcome. He makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

This was the BEST most delicious sandwich EVER! We both had the Shishtaouk Trio as it was highly recommended for our first visit here. The quality of all the food & flavors were excellent! The house made fluffy pita?? So AMAZING!! The LOVE put into this plant based food speaks to the love of cruelty free living! They say at Falafel St. Jacques,'we're storytellers of spice & soul' & that sums up the joy this beautiful restaurant radiates!!! Wonderful experience! Merci beaucoup!! Peace + Love ☮? ❤?🌱 #vegan

Wanted something to eat that wasn't too sweet or too filling & would be ready quickly, for that time period between lunch & dinner. My lunch that day wasn't very filling so I was already feeling hungry at 4pm (when I picked up my daughter after school). Came upon this place. Clean, modern decor, lots of yummy packaged desserts & a colorful display of veggies/hummus/baba ganoush. Tried the faux chicken platter & it was delicious - like it's better than real chicken!! I'm not a vegetarian but I always try to get more veggies into my diet. Got some beet salad, cucumber salad, hummus, shredded cabbage & some sweet potatoes on the platter. Because of the variety of flavors (& colors) I felt satisfied without feeling bloated/full. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. I don't usually give 5 stars unless I get consistent quality/experience over at least 2 visits. Anyways, much better & fresher tasting than Boustan/Amir. Very animated & engaged owner/server. This year, I'm making it a goal to only go to mom-pop places as I find the service/quality better & more unique than franchises. Anyways, I am looking forward to visiting again & trying their faux meat platter, faux chicken nuggets & their homemade desserts (I saw them take out a fresh tray of hamantaschens).

Service is so genuine & nice. He always makes us taste new flavors & he is so generous with the portion. Salads are fresh, bread is warm & fresh ! A must !!!
