Review Summary

Fabergé is a much loved Montreal brunch spot known for generous portions and high quality food, with standouts like eggs Benedict, avocado toast, mushroom Benedict, and classics such as chicken and waffles or breakfast poutine that keep regulars coming back. The atmosphere is described as warm and lively with a welcoming, family friendly vibe and a terrace that adds to the appeal. Service is frequently praised as friendly, attentive, and efficient, though a few visits report slower service, occasional brusqueness, or longer waits on weekends. Prices and portions are a mixed bag, with many noting good value for the quality and portions, while others feel it has gotten pricier or the portions smaller than before. The menu includes vegetarian options and a solid kids menu, and many appreciate the kid friendly touches and the overall vibe that makes it easy to visit with family. Some reviewers point to occasional issues such as loud music, coffee quality, or a lack of menu variety, but these are outweighed by praise for the dependable brunch experience and the quality of the ingredients. Overall, Fabergé is described as a reliable go to for breakfast and brunch in Montreal, consistently delivering flavorful food, generous portions, and a friendly atmosphere, even as a few visits remind guests that busy times can challenge service and value.

I love the interior of this place, I describe it as "laid back Artsy-trendy". Food & service are average, but i enjoy going back to its relaxed laid back atmosphere to chill with a friend.
