I had such a great brunch experience at Fabergé! The food was delicious, & the service was warm & attentive.
As someone who needs gluten-free options (celiac), I really appreciated how accommodating the team was. Even though gluten-free choices aren't clearly highlighted on the menu, the staff were very knowledgeable & happy to guide me through safe options. They also made a point of cooking the bread separately, which made me feel genuinely safe & taken care of.
It's not always easy to find places where you can fully relax & enjoy your meal without worrying, but this was definitely one of them. I felt confident in what I was eating & was able to truly enjoy my brunch.
Highly recommend-especially if you're looking for a gluten-free friendly spot in Montreal!
I found this gem of a restaurant one day in the summer of 2025, & I haven't been more grateful. The owner & his team bring everything you could ask for to the next level in food, service & atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

Wow. J'ai été impressionné. La bouffe est originale & c'est excellent miam. Le service très rapide efficace & courtois. L'ambiance est très bonne aussi. Un moment donné j'ai par accident laisse tomber un morceau de bacon. Une minute après la serveuse m'en a apporté un morceau frais parce que échapper un morceau à terre c'est « un drame » me dit-elle! Wow merci !! JE RECOMMANDE CHAUDEMENT!
every one is very nice & the food came out really fast & tasted amazing i would definitely recommend coming here especially if you like eggs Benedict pancakes &/or coffee. this place is a must go a little bit more expensive but definitely worth the price.

C'est la 3 fois que je vais manger à cette place, & c'est un réel plaisir à chaque fois.
L'ambiance est top, la nourriture très bonne, & le service excellent. Un remerciement particulier à la serveuse (Sara) qui prend son job très à coeur. Je recommande !
Very happy that they have early morning price ! Food is good , flavorfull, coffee i just can't get enough thanks to the barista !

Ambiance & personnel très sympathique. Concernant la nourriture, à part les patates qui sont bien croustillantes, c'était décevant. La nourriture manque clairement de qualité & j'ai dû mal à croire toutes les bonnes recommandations. Le poulet frit immangeable, panure industrielle, bout de nerfs, os, couleur rosé, beurk ! Pain doré sec saupoudré d'un sucre blanc ordinaire accompagné d'une sauce anglaise du supermarché sucré à vomir & idem pour la crème fouettée. Salade mexicaine remplie de laitue, l'avocat que je cherchais est mixé dans la vinaigrette, au prix d'une assiette sympathique, ça passerait pour un "à côté". Mon copain a pris tout ce qu'il y a de plus simple, 2 oeufs, saucisses, pain brun, & patates donc pas un désastre. J'avais un très bon souvenir de la cuisine, cela a surement changé comme beaucoup de places ces dernières années.

On a quest for a delightful breakfast experience, we stumbled upon this gem & were so impressed that we couldn't resist coming back the next day! Day 1: We started with Eggs Benedict, which were perfectly poached with a silky hollandaise sauce that melted in our mouths. The Montreal Breakfast Poutine was a revelation crispy potatoes, cheese curds, & savory gravy made for the ultimate comfort food. To top it off, the mimosa was refreshing & complemented the meal perfectly. Day 2: Equally excited, we returned the next morning to try more of their offerings. The Champion Omelette was fluffy, packed with fresh ingredients, & incredibly satisfying. The Massive Breakfast lived up to its name, offering a hearty plate that kept us full for hours. For drinks, the Espresso Martini was a bold & indulgent pick, while the coffee was a comforting classic. The service deserves special mention our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, & added warmth to our experience. The ambience was cozy & inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. This restaurant has earned a special place in our breakfast rotation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking great food, amazing service, & a delightful atmosphere!
Bon alors, que dire de la nourriture? Pas grand chose, pas de quoi en raffoler. Pour autant, un service très chaleureux & amical de la part d'un dénommé Eliot. Franchement, les services à la Eliot se font rares ici-bas! Bonne expérience, je recommande (Surtout s'il y a Eliot)
We came here for brunch for our first time in Montreal & had the BEST experience! Sarah & Elliot were both so kind, prompt & funny! To top it off, the food was soooo good! I 100000% recommend there eggs Benny! (Especially the Avo) you will not regret coming here :)

SARAH!!! Girly you shine bright like a diamond. Best server, best vibes, best recommendations. Whatever Sarah says, goes. She recommended the Benny Mac & the breakfast sandwich & PFFT the best. Came in with a group of 8 & she brought our energy from a 2 to a 10. The best service I've ever had & I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in Montreal🫶🏼
The food was really good & the atmosphere is so chill with the music. The service was so great. I got my food in 15 mins ish. Overall I recommend fabergé. 😀
Fantastic brunch good with a bustling atmosphere. I can thoroughly recommend the chicken & waffles in particular! Pricing is not cheap, not expensive, the staff are really friendly & helpful
