After years of being a loyal customer, this was the experience that guaranteed I will NEVER return.

My family reserved Monza's event space for about 100 guests, so they knew well in advance they would be serving a large party. Somehow, we arrived at 3:30 p.m. & didn't leave until 7:00 p.m. all because everything from taking our orders to bringing out the food moved at a painfully slow pace.

Watching an entire room of friends & family sit around for hours waiting just to order their meals was beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, after about 45 minutes I had to ask the staff when they planned to start taking orders. Their response was,'We're waiting for everyone to be seated.' No one had communicated that to us beforehand. Instead, everyone was left wondering why nothing was happening. It's baffling that I had to be the one to approach the staff nearly an hour into our reservation just to find out why service hadn't even begun.

& then came the final insult: despite the long wait to take orders, the long wait to get the food on the tables they kept our deposit, claiming we didn't meet a guarantee of 120 people. It's hard to understand how you deliver piss poor service & then have the audacity to keep a deposit. I have never ever seen anything like this.

My family has celebrated here for years, but this experience erased all of that goodwill. If you're considering hosting an event here, think carefully. Long waits, disappointing service, & policies that leave customers feeling taken advantage of are not worth it. There are too many restaurants that actually value their guests.

We love Enoteca Monza Pizzeria Moderna! The atmosphere is fantastic, especially the beautiful patio. The staff are friendly, polite, & knowledgeable. The food is amazing, the portions are generous, & it's become one of our favourite restaurants. Highly recommend!

Today we went to celebrate my friend's birthday, & we received an exceptional service from Kate who was our waitress. The food was great, but the service itself made the difference.

I visited this restaurant for a friend's birthday. We made a reservation, but unfortunately, I think we were given the worst table in the restaurant. There was a leak from the ceiling in several spots above our table, & water was dripping into our food, drinks, & even onto us. It was very unpleasant, & I hope this issue is fixed soon.

On the positive side, the food was excellent. I tried the tortellini, which was delicious, & the service was very good. The staff were attentive & friendly.

Very good food & service. A piece of feedback I would give the restaurant, though, is that the music was way too loud, with some of the speakers being directly over us. Even though we were speaking very loudly, it was often hard to hear each other.
