We popped in for a takeout. We ordered 1 pizza & 1 pasta. The order took more than 30 minutes to arrive. The pizza was burnt & the pasta's was barely warm. A bit disappointed by such a nice place. Quality inconsistent.

This is our favorite pizza place in Montreal. Perfect cook & the sourdough crust brings it up a notch. The kale Caesar is also fantasti - highly recommend!
I rarely leave reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've had in Montreal. It took 40+ minutes & two servers just to place our order. The waiter gave us'on the house' lemon shots we didn't ask for (nice gesture), but then charged us for them…? We had to ask for the bill to be corrected.
After finally getting our food (which was good), the waiter offered to pack the remaining 1/4 of my pizza to go. Many minutes later after he didn't bring it, I asked about it, & he just says'sorry I think someone threw it out'. No real apology, just'Do you want a free dessert?' I said no, & he replied,'Okay, well have a good night.' Then I proceeded to pay for a whole meal, even though they threw out a quarter of my meal.
It may have been an off night, & it happens to everyone, but the lack of accountability or even a proper apology on any occasion was unacceptable.
Really good food, & fast friendly service. I wouldn't say it's the best pizza I've ever had & it was a bit on the pricey side, but it was fresh & tasty. They had a large wine list, but the wine selection for individual glasses was not my favourite.
Intimate, vibey, very chic. Love this place & cannot recommend it enough, the pasta, pizza, & wine were delicious. beautiful selection for wine, & the server was great. Make your reservation!!
Heard lots of good things about this place from many different people. Food was good, but the service wasn't up to standard. Ordered 2 apps, a salad, a pasta & a pizza to be shared between 2 people. The apps came normally but the pasta then came super late, 10 minutes later the salad came, & by the time we were full from eating everything after waiting for so long, the pizza then came. No word from the servers.
We were a group if 6 & ordered a variety of pasta, pizza & appetizers. Everything was great! We loved the service. One of us broke the water glass on the table & they responded instantaneously. They also replaced all the food on the table without any extra charge. Loved the service overall.
They make excellent Neapolitan pizza. Hard to find one as good as this in Montreal. The ambiance is perfect, very classy place. Good pizza selection. Service was great, waiters very attentive.

Pizzas were excellent. Apps were good. Pasta was good except for that red wine & butter concoction. Prompt service. Great staff. Ugly looking place. Looks like a big room in a house but the food is what counts.
The Diavolo 2.0 pizza was incredible! Spicy, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. We enjoyed it on the backyard patio, which gave the whole experience a cozy, picnic-like vibe.
Elena is incredible! We had no reseveration & it was quite busy but they explained that they have a takeout section & picnic tables in the back so that's what we did. We got the Kevin McAllister & the Fun Guy pizzas, as well as the kale cesar salad & some wine. Everything was incredible! I would highly recommend the Fun Guy pizza it was delicious. Really loved the outdoor picnic area, a great idea for a busy area. Will for sure go back!

Cela dit, notre serveuse aurait pu être plus attentionnée ; nous avons dû insister pour avoir nos boissons, même après avoir terminé notre entrée, demander à deux reprises pour payer nos additions & si je n'avais pas demandé pour mon restant de pizza pour emporter, je ne pense pas qu'elle me l'aurait apporté.
Bref, je suis contente d'avoir visité le Elena, mais je n'y retournerai pas.
