La nourriture était excellente, la carte des vins est sympatique & l'ambiance est super agréable. Toutefois, nous avons reçu probablement le pire service depuis un bon moment ce soir. Pour plusieurs, aller au restaurant est aussi une experience que la serveuse ou le serveur prend part à. Ce soir, nous avons du nous lever a plusieurs reprises pour commander un second verre de vin, le dessert, la facture. Plusieurs tables tentaient d'avoir un contact avec la serveuse mais sans succès. Je crois définitivement que l'établissement perd à tolérer ce genre de service. Nous avons laissé un pourboire minime par principe, mais j'étais mal a l'aise de payer pour le service reçu comme il n'y en a pas eu.

The service was absolutely top-notch. Everyone was warm, attentive, & knowledgeable without ever making us feel rushed. They made the entire evening feel special.
Every dish we ordered was outstanding. The kale salad was fresh & packed with flavor, the Margherita pizza reminded me of the authentic pizzas I enjoyed in Italy, & the morel mushroom pasta was simply the best pasta I've ever had. It was rich, perfectly balanced, & unforgettable.
The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax & enjoy a great meal with family. Everyone at our table loved their food, which is saying a lot.
This was easily one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in Montreal, & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional food, outstanding service, & a memorable evening.

Good food, Just took a while to get to the table after we ordered.
Drinks were great.
Our server Marcus was great though, came to check on us constantly & apologized profusely even though the delay wasn't on him.

We had an amazing experience at Elena for a bachelorette dinner last night! There were seven of us, including two people with allergies, & our server, Ben, went above & beyond to make sure the menu was adjusted so everyone could enjoy the meal safely & without feeling like they were missing out.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Ben & the rest of the team were attentive, friendly, & made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening.
The food was incredible, & the portions were huge; we all ended up taking leftovers home, which was a bonus! The ambiance was warm, lively, & perfect for a group celebration.
A big thank you to Ben & the entire Elena team for making our night so memorable. We had such a great time, & we'll definitely be back!
