Excellent Al Pastor, perfectly seasoned & pine apple grilled just right. The house sauce is spicy without being overpowering. The place was understaffed so service wasn't quick but polite.
Just cant go wrong with this place, my favorite mexican restaurant in montreal !

Ordered on UberEats from El Ray Del Taco on May 5th for Cinco de Mayo. The food was mediocre, nothing spectacular. It is definitely authentic Mexican but wasn't outstanding by any means. One of the complaints is on the Chicken Quesadlilla & the Cheese Quesadilla. We realized that between orders, they aren't cleaning the grill they use to crisp & cook the quesadilla. They were both ordered rather plain, chicken, cheese & corn (missing the corn), on one & just cheese on the second one. Both of them had pieces of fried onion stuck to them from a previous order cooked on the same grill .. the kids don't like onions at all & one has an allergy. That was stated in the allergy section of the order. My fiancee had the Enchiladas, which she enjoyed but said the same thing... it was good. Nothing spectacular or outstanding. We realize it was Cinco de Mayo, & they were highly likely very busy, but taking 10 seconds to scrape the grill between orders ensures issues like this won't happen. We may try them again on another day, which is not a Mexican Celebration Day, & hope for a better result.
Based on this order yesterday, it's not a recommendation from us. If we order a second time & it's better, or worse, we will let you know. ⭐?⭐?⭐?
Delicious authentic mexican food! Tacos were very good, the vibe was fun & inviting.
Pretty good taco spot with well marinated meat that has flavors. Would enjoy more tacos filling other than the meat though.

We were 2 ladies, we ordered meals, drinks & 1 dessert & it cost us 85 with tips. The food is good but I think it is expensive for what they serve
