Mr. Victor Lopez and his wife Elena Garcia welcomes you at El Meson! This authentic Mexican restaurant located just across the Lachine Canal, in an old brick house in Old Lachine welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is already several years that this Mexican gem serves its secret family recipes. They started timidly years ago in Dorval for those who remember, and it is through satisfied customers that this Mexican restaurant has made a name for itself and today El Meson ranks among the best Latin restaurants in Montreal.

Don't be fooled! You are here to enjoy and savor the fine foods from Mexico. So forget about other so called Mexican restaurants that offer the same Americanized dishes over and over again. Here you'll taste real delicious Mexican specialties such as Carne Asada, the Nopalitos con carne (Cactus with beef), and many more... Petit restaurant mexicain familial face au canal Lachine & au fleuve St-Laurent. Il faut réserver car c'est toujours plein! Les soupes sont incroyables, de même que les cocktails ( pina colada & daiquiri aux fraises) & l'assiette principale! Nous avons mangé des côtelettes d'agneau, avec légumes en accompagnements, riz & haricots noirs. Prix raisonnables. Ce n'est pas notre première fois. On habitent à vaudreuil, juste pour dire que ça vaut le déplacement!😊❤️

Le meilleur Restaurant mexicain à Montréal.
La saveur est vraiment mexicaine & le service est super!!! Le personnel bien accueillant.
Je le recommande a 100% au personne qui veulent déguster la cuisine mexicaine.

Première visite mais pas la dernière... Le rouget & ses accompagnements & la fondue étaient super délicieux. Le service était aussi des plus exceptionnels... beaucoup d'attention & de politesse... BRAVO au El Meson. À recommander à ceux qui aiment les mets typiquement mexicains. Nous reviendrons!!

Excellente ambiance & service dans ce restaurant mexicain authentique à Lachine au bord de l'eau. &, le détail important est que le guacamole, Carne Asada & Daiquiris étaient très bons! Nous sommes allés au restaurant plusieurs fois au cours des années & nous essayons quelque chose de différent à chaque fois. Nous aurions commandé le délicieux gâteau Tres Leches ... mais nous ne pouvions pas manger une autre bouchée. Même le mardi soir, il y avait beaucoup de monde, donc nous étions contents d'avoir fait une réservation.

Très bon resto dans la tradition Mexicaine.... sauf que le proprio est trop 'cheap' pour offrir quelques chips & salsa à l'apéro. Je suis 'cheap' pour le noter ici, mais je crois que le patron l'est plus que moi & personne ne lui a encore dit.
