Restaurant de quartier chaleureux. Service attentionné. Personnel hors pair. Menu du mois de Mars est arrivé. Le plat'Entre mer & Jardin' est très savoureux. A découvrir. Félicitations au Chef.
Time & time again, Geppetto's gets it! The brick oven pizza crust & toppings is always a hit as well as the pasta's. The ingredients are always fresh & flavourful & can be tasted individually. Portions are generous. The appetizers & salads are creative & fresh as well. My go-to is the grilled octopus served on chickpeas & hummus. The service is always on point, atmosphere is chill & so pleasant.

We came Saturday night just a small group of us from Tupper St expecting a relaxed supper, What we received was a greeting from a great waitress, a fantastic bar man & a warm welcome.
The food was as usual simple because we ordered simple but delicious dishes.
Just reconfirmed why we came again.

We drive more than an hour to come eat at this place. My wife is vegetarian & she has a ton of options. & the Mexican food is actually better here than some of the meals we had in actual Mexico. Strongly recommend it
Amazing restaurant, vibes are great, the food is outstanding, my server was super nice & gave everything in a flash. Food was also fairly cheap to buy.
The best churros I've ever had
GEPPETTO ! On a pris le spécial à 69,99 $ : +un plat de risotto qu'on a partagé, & des escargots. Tout était chaud & bon. La pizza Diavolo était très bonne, & les pâtes pomodoro aussi. Le tout pour quatre personnes.
I was very disappointed with the Food, flavor & service.
Over priced for so little quantity. The soup which I was informed was big came cold & hardly filled with anything for 10$. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND it.
I had the Birria Taco than came 3 tiny ones with corn for 22$ not worth it, it lacked depth & flavor I had to drown it with hot sauce to get anything. I would say 2/10
I've had better Mexican food for cheaper elsewhere.
The Shrimp Ceviche was alright nothing special from a what I can only assume was precooked & pre packaged pre frozen shrimp you can buy at any grocery store.
The Service was subpar which wouldn't have mattered if the food was good. The Atmosphere was nice but not good enough for a good review. Definitely disappointed & wouldn't recommend or come back.

My Fiancé & I went to El Gordo for the first time after reading online reviews. We were pleasantly surprised & agreed with the positive feedback. We found the atmosphere to be relaxed which was what we were looking for . The Sunday special for 2 of Chicken or Tofu Fajitas was our choice for our first visit ( but definitely not our last ) & we were very happy with it. It was delicious & a generous sizzling pan with the usual accompaniments of 8 soft Tacos , Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, & Salsa . We chose a bottle of their house wine which was an Organic Bio Tempranillo from Spain. The price was very reasonable.
For dessert we had the traditional Churros & Flan & were happy with both along with an Americano/ Canadiano.
The service was exceptional, courteous, friendly , made us feel like honoured guests or family. We were especially happy with our server , Simon who is a definite asset to your Restaurant. He has the perfect personality for the service profession.
We would also like to give a shout-out to Malik. He too is great in the service profession. Personality wise, these two rate a 5/5 + 🌟⭐?
We will be returning & cannot wait for Summer Terrasse weather.
