Eggspress Lachute exceeded all of my expectations from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles & excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, & made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, & had a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax & enjoy our meal.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything arrived quickly, was served hot, & looked fantastic. You could tell that fresh ingredients were used, & every item was prepared with care. The portions were very generous, offering excellent value for the price. From the perfectly cooked eggs to the fresh fruit, crispy potatoes, & delicious coffee, every part of the meal was enjoyable. The flavors were balanced, & everything tasted homemade & high quality.
What really stood out was the attention to detail & the genuine hospitality of the staff. They checked in regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, & created a welcoming environment that made the experience even better. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
Finding a restaurant that consistently delivers great food, fast service, cleanliness, & a friendly atmosphere isn't always easy, but Eggspress Lachute does all of those things exceptionally well. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast, a relaxed brunch with family, or a place to enjoy a meal with friends, I highly recommend stopping by. This was easily one of the best breakfast experiences I've had in a long time, & I will definitely be returning. Well-deserved 5 stars!

It's rare to encounter someone who balances friendliness & professionalism so effortlessly - she made us feel welcomed, valued, & completely taken care of. What stood out most was how she went above & beyond. Whether it was making thoughtful recommendations, ensuring everything arrived exactly as ordered, or checking in at just the right moments, Sarah demonstrated a level of care that you simply don't see everywhere. Her professionalism reflects incredibly well on Eggspress, & it's clear she takes real pride in her work. Great servers don't just deliver food - they elevate the entire dining experience & Sarah absolutely does that. She is the kind of employee every restaurant hopes for: reliable, polished, personable, & genuinely invested in guest satisfaction.l Honestly, Sarah deserves recognition for the standard she sets. I went to Eggspress with my brother & we both had a great experience. The place was spotless, with a clean & welcoming atmosphere. I ordered the Construction with white bread - it was delicious, & the beans were full of flavor. My brother had a pain brun with a Deluxe & enjoyed it just as much. The food was fresh, tasty, & perfectly cooked. On top of that, the staff were friendly, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want great food in a clean setting.
