Je suis aller aujourd'hui a Eggspress & je n'exagère pas.Meilleure resto familial que j'suis parti manger😍😍.Les repas qu'on a pris était impécaple.La crepe au fraise était simple & delicieux🤤.Même si la place était remplie de personne les repas sont sorti très vite & avait aucun erreurs,même si on était 8 personne 😮.On reviendra certainement Eggspress.

**Très déçu de ma commande - À éviter**
Je viens de commander chez Eggspress & l'expérience a été catastrophique du début à la fin.
* **La nourriture :** J'ai commandé des crêpes & du pain doré, mais elles ont été livrées **sans aucun sirop **. Le morceau d'ananas d'accompagnement était tellement dur qu'il était totalement immangeable. Pour couronner le tout, les fruits étaient translucides & clairement passés de date. De plus, il manquait le pain, & on a littéralement'dumpé' une grosse motte de creton sur mes oeufs, alors que je n'avais rien demandé de tel, rendant le plat immangeable.
* **Le service client :** J'ai appelé le restaurant pour exprimer mon insatisfaction & la personne au bout du fil avait énormément de difficulté à s'exprimer & à comprendre le français. Impossible de se faire comprendre ou d'obtenir un service adéquat.
Bref, la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous & le service laisse grandement à désirer. Je ne recommande pas du tout.
Eggspress Lachute exceeded all of my expectations from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles & excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, & made sure we felt welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant was spotless, well-organized, & had a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax & enjoy our meal.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything arrived quickly, was served hot, & looked fantastic. You could tell that fresh ingredients were used, & every item was prepared with care. The portions were very generous, offering excellent value for the price. From the perfectly cooked eggs to the fresh fruit, crispy potatoes, & delicious coffee, every part of the meal was enjoyable. The flavors were balanced, & everything tasted homemade & high quality.
What really stood out was the attention to detail & the genuine hospitality of the staff. They checked in regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, & created a welcoming environment that made the experience even better. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here.
Finding a restaurant that consistently delivers great food, fast service, cleanliness, & a friendly atmosphere isn't always easy, but Eggspress Lachute does all of those things exceptionally well. Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast, a relaxed brunch with family, or a place to enjoy a meal with friends, I highly recommend stopping by. This was easily one of the best breakfast experiences I've had in a long time, & I will definitely be returning. Well-deserved 5 stars!
Excellent experience at Eggspress Lachute! The food was fresh, delicious, & served quickly. The staff was friendly, welcoming, & made us feel right at home. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, & had a great atmosphere. The portions were generous, & everything was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast or brunch. Looking forward to coming back!
One of the best breakfast places I've been to! The food was delicious, the portions were large, & the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming. I'll definitely be returning whenever I'm in the area.
I spent a few hours there & had such a lovely experience. The service was incredibly polite & thoughtful. At one point, I had to take a call & since I was alone in the restaurant at the time, they kindly lowered the music to accommodate me without me even expecting it. Such a small gesture, but it really made a difference.
Great people & a place that genuinely cares about their guests. I definitely recommend supporting them
