Very disappointed of our experience. The first bad aspect was regarding the parking lot. There are two big potholes which are very inconvenient as soon as we get in the parking lot. When you get in the restaurant, there is a double door, which makes it is so tiny & crowded. The decor does not match the atmosphere. It could definitely be improved. Concerning the food, we were extremely disappointed. We were a group of six people celebrating birthdays & only two of the main meals were acceptable. We ordered grilled shrimps, which we can barely even see that they were grilled & they were very tiny(5shrimps). We had a beef burger, which had no spice or taste. Two plates of pasta were ordered both were missing salt, spices & taste. A plat that was acceptable was the fish & chip but we wished the pieces were a bit bigger compared to other places. The Tataki salmon salad was good, no comments. We also ordered two plates of calamari for appetizer. The breading was the worst we've tried. We want to mention that the waiter was a five star. He was very well-informed & had very good recommendations. His service was a five star. Concerning drinks, we took four drinks from the menu. We took a Mojito, which was again one of the worst Mojito we ever had. It was not a sweet drink at all. It was with sparkling water, mint, & barely any alcohol. We took a number 34 which was very good. The Brazilian coffee with alcohol smelled like alcohol, but could not taste it. The sangria was delicious, no comments. Out of the six of us none of us would go back after our first bad day experience.
Un très beau resto! Ambiance chaleureuse, décontracté, feutrée! Service absolument impeccable, agréable! Coup de coeur aux desserts, format table d'hôte super! Température des plats: CHAUD ❤?❤? Nous y retournons c'est certain!!!

Mais quel délice !! Je salive encore mon souper de brisquette de boeuf sauce au poivre que j'ai pu déguster.
Que dire du Halloumi grillé en entrée : belle présentation, goûteux & généreuse portion.
L'expérience générale est vraiment bien. Lorsque notre serveuse nous a demandé « voulez-vous voir le plateau dessert ? », je ne m'attendais pas à une présentation visuelle.
Vraiment, chez Edmond, on est bien reçus & c'est bon !
Ce soir était notre première fois & non la dernière. J'ai pris un fish'n chips & mon conjoint une pizza sicilienne. Super bon! Andy souriant, accueil chaleureux & belle ambiance. Je recommande +++
Nous avons trouvé ce restaurant sur le net, quelle belle découverte! L'endroit est sympathique, la salle fort confortable & le personnel à la fois attentif & chaleureux. Les recettes sont originales & exécutées avec beaucoup de finesse. Les desserts que nous avions choisis (des buiscuits fondants) étaient tout simplement décadents. Mon seul regret est que ce soit si loin de chez nous... Mais si vous êtes sur la rive nord, cela vaut le détour. Nous avons adoré.
Superbe restaurant avec une belle ambiance pas trop bruyante pour passer un bon moment avec des amis! La nourriture est bonne, en quantité suffisante & à un prix raisonnable. Coup de coeur pour les côtes levées & la sangria à l'anana & au lichi. Par contre, le braisé était ordinaire sans plus. Le service de notre serveur Andy était impeccable sur toute la ligne! À découvrir.
De 4 étoiles à 5 étoiles. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous visitons Edmond Bistro & je peux vous dire que je ne suis pas surpris de voir autant de bons commentaires. Le service est impeccable & la bouffe est délicieuse. J'avais donné un 4 lors de ma première visite mais après avoir commandé sur Uber Eats & y être retourné 3 fois je peux vous dire que je suis content de voir un restaurant dans le coin de Laval Des Rapides avec un aussi beau choix de menu. Simple mais efficace. Je viens tout juste de terminer la salade de tataki de thon & c'était encore une fois délicieux. Continuons d'encourager nos petits restos du coin !

Super ambiance & le tataki de thon est trop sublime ! La pizza au canard tellement bonne!! La présentation des cocktails est très originale & goûte le ciel! Je recommande votre bistro c'est certains! Bonne journée ! 💙💙
Great atmosphere, unfortunately food, drink & service left a bit to be desired. Shared Planche was delicious, but Buvette was overcooked, fish n' chips needed to be cooked more, cocktails were watery & mixed poorly & server seemed frustrated with us bringing a child into the restaurant.
Overall, a ton of potential, but may have caught them on an off night.
