Je dois malheureusement modifier mon avis précédent… Souper de Saint-Valentin ce soir 14 février 2026. Il y avait beaucoup de monde & c'est tant mieux mais le propriétaire a complètement perdu le contrôle sur son stationnement.. Il y avait des véhicules stationnés même dans l'entrée qui donne sur Saint-Martin, de telle sorte que les gens ne pouvaient plus du tout sortir du parking. Il y a eu de la confrontation entre les clients & entre les clients & le propriétaire. Bref, ça ne donne aucunement envie d'y retourner.
Le personnel était très courtois & la nourriture très bonne en général (les drinks manquaient beaucoup d'amour) sauf que l'attitude du propriétaire en situation d'urgence a été carrément ridicule. La police arrivait quand nous avons finalement été capable de sortir & le proprio s'enguelait encore avec des clients…
Que du WOW! Service impeccable, nourriture préparée avec soin & avec des produits de qualité. Nous n'avons pas pris de photo parce que ce n'est ps dans nos habitudes de le faire… on aime mieux profiter du moment!

Entrée plateau à partager, halloumi grillé, soupé à l'oignon & feuilleté au brie & pesto.
Note globale de 99.9%…. On enlève 0.1% car le Bloody ceasar « standard » était fade. Celui signature Edmond était très bon.
Les frites maison sont décadentes!
L'ambiance était parfaite pour jaser en famille & le service a été impeccable.

Super service, ambiance relaxe pour un jeudi soir, nourriture excellente. Notre petit groupe de 4 avons tous aimé & tous trop mangé. On adore y adore les bières de micro brasserie & les drinks maison. Notre expérience fut bonne & nous y retournerions volontier. +1 pour la bavette
Great place. I grew up coming here with my family even back then when it was pizzadelic. This place remains a favorite of mine for a nice lunch somewhere close to home & a cold drink. Food is good, I like the service & table placement. I can get a nice little corner seat, hidden away & I feel like I can eat in peace which is rare in restaurants.
Very disappointed of our experience. The first bad aspect was regarding the parking lot. There are two big potholes which are very inconvenient as soon as we get in the parking lot. When you get in the restaurant, there is a double door, which makes it is so tiny & crowded. The decor does not match the atmosphere. It could definitely be improved. Concerning the food, we were extremely disappointed. We were a group of six people celebrating birthdays & only two of the main meals were acceptable. We ordered grilled shrimps, which we can barely even see that they were grilled & they were very tiny(5shrimps). We had a beef burger, which had no spice or taste. Two plates of pasta were ordered both were missing salt, spices & taste. A plat that was acceptable was the fish & chip but we wished the pieces were a bit bigger compared to other places. The Tataki salmon salad was good, no comments. We also ordered two plates of calamari for appetizer. The breading was the worst we've tried. We want to mention that the waiter was a five star. He was very well-informed & had very good recommendations. His service was a five star. Concerning drinks, we took four drinks from the menu. We took a Mojito, which was again one of the worst Mojito we ever had. It was not a sweet drink at all. It was with sparkling water, mint, & barely any alcohol. We took a number 34 which was very good. The Brazilian coffee with alcohol smelled like alcohol, but could not taste it. The sangria was delicious, no comments. Out of the six of us none of us would go back after our first bad day experience.
Great atmosphere, unfortunately food, drink & service left a bit to be desired. Shared Planche was delicious, but Buvette was overcooked, fish n' chips needed to be cooked more, cocktails were watery & mixed poorly & server seemed frustrated with us bringing a child into the restaurant.
Overall, a ton of potential, but may have caught them on an off night.

Restaurant simplement excellent ! Petit drink savoureux, cuisine exceptionnel, service impeccable & ambiance cosy. J'y vais depuis des années & je le recommande à tous.
This place has a good ambiance.. I love the food & the service is great,staff are friendly.. & the best part is the bartender named Thierry was awesome & make good drinks.. & he is cute. It's highly recommended this place. & for sure I will tell all my colleagues to come & visit this place.. I'm sure I definitely will come back more often..
Amazing food & attentive service! We were a party of six & each one of our dishes plus drinks were spot on amazing. Best tataki tuna I have ever had, the bavette beef delicious. Our pasta crevette thai creamy & perfectly textured. One of the best restaurants in Laval! Thank you
Nous avons arrêté notre choix sur le Edmond Bistro pour un get together corporatif. Il était important de pouvoir s'entendre discuter, tout en ayant une belle ambiance à la fois. Nous sommes enchantés de notre excellente soirée. La bouffe était parfaite, plateau & entrées à partager & les drinks étaient sensationnels, beaux & savoureux. 10/10 À refaire sans hésiter !!
