Après plusieurs visites à ce super restaurant, nous sommes souvent tombé sur Dominic comme serveur & il est toujours très attentionné. Aussi, à chaque fois, il donne de très bonnes suggestions de mets & de breuvages. Il est une perle rare de la restauration à Laval. La cuisine est un délice à prix raisonnable. Je recommande fortement cet endroit unique à Laval. : )

We dined at Edmond Bistro last night & had a great time! The music was good (soul, motown classics) & we had a lovely server named Brandon. In particular, we would recommend the Caesar salad, the Brevette (excellent sauce & cooked perfectly!) & their fresh pasta. Brandon made excellent recommendations & we had a an enjoyable meal!

C'était notre première visite le 2 août & ce resto est une belle découverte pour nous. La nourriture est savoureuse, les portions plus que correctes & le service de Savana, impeccable & fait avec le sourire. La musique est bonne mais pas trop forte ce qui rend les conversations possibles & ça, on apprécie. Un beau bravo à toute l'équipe. Ce n'était clairement pas la dernière fois, vous nous reverrez assurément!

J'ai passé une excellente soirée. Je recommande les pâtes carbonarra, c'étais délicieux. Notre serveur Dominic s'est assurré que nous ne manquions de rien. Il est efficace, serviable & courtois. Déjà hâte d'y retourner.
