The best Shawarma I've tried in Canada, made me reminisce home. Tried the beef, chicken & the falafel, all three were phenomenal. The Pistachio ice cream was also really good - I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone that's craving an authentic Lebanese experience. The Beef shawarma & the chicken shawarma were phenomenal. Very tasty. The falafel was ok, tasty but not the best. The fattoush is not fattoush at all: it didn't have the pomegranate molasses which is very essential to the authentic fattoush. Fries & garlic are spot on. We enjoyed the most delicious & authentic falafel sandwich we've experienced outside of Lebanon! The falafel was warm & crunchy, & the many flavors beautifully balanced. Loved the fresh mint & parsley! The owner & employees were very warm & inviting. They shared how they make their falafel & offered my friend ashta, which he'd never tried before. A true restaurant oasis in terms of quality, taste, value, friendliness & vibe. Our quick Lebanese lunch of fallafal & fries wound up being the highlite of our trip to Montreal, we are still talking about how I felt actual tingles up & down my spine biting into a perfect fallafal with distinct crunch, juicy tomatoes, marinated turnip & fresh mint leaves. This is truly the best shawarma I've ever had, & trust me I tried a lot. Chicken shawarma with no freaking tomatoes or cucumbers like in other places, everything inside is pickled like it should be. The garlic sauce is to die for, yet you can still kiss your girlfriend afterwards with no weird smells, if you know you know & just 9$ which is a steel in this economy!Voir plus

As a frequent customer of Dunya, I've always enjoyed their delicious, authentic shawarma. However, my recent experience was disappointing. When I tried to order 10 sandwiches to pick up, I was told it was considered catering & couldn't be fulfilled on the spot. They also refused to accept an order of 4+ sandwiches in-store. If they can't handle such requests, they should reconsider their operations.Voir plus

Went to try Dunya during the weekend & it was a blast. Their shawarma is the best in montreal. They serve it the authentic way. The fries were super crunchy. Everything was super fresh & the staff were very welcoming & accommodating. We were two people & we order 2 shawarmas each. & 1 was more than enough for a person. I tried falafel, beef, & chicken shawarma sandwiches. My personal favorite is falafel, followed by beef. The chicken is just okay for me because it has a strong garlic sauce, which makes it my least favorite. The usual waiting time for an order is 15-20 minutes. .Voir plus
