AN UNMISSABLE INSTITUTION in Montreal. If the prices here were 20-25% lower this might be the best patisserie in the world. The only negative are the prices. I've been here dozens of times & especially love their galette des rois & their religieuse au café. They respect their craft & have a very refined & distinguished vibe.
