We ordered four different pastries with warm drinks. The atmosphere & staff were amazing, but the pastries were honestly the lowest quality I've ever had. They weren't even fresh, at least 2,3 days old. I'm not even sure what to say. We were all genuinely shocked.
First time visiting. I had the table d'hôte. It said'dessert au choix' but that did not mean I had choice of any dessert on the menu. I had to choose only from 2 items that were offered. Also, I noticed that the price for the pâtisseries individuelles on the menu, were $3 more than if you ordered from the counter.
The calamari & the salmon were delicious but unfortunately, the dessert left a bitter taste in my mouth.

The food is good, but not worth the price they're selling them at. Fully price as the first time is okay, but later, I would only get their tgtg bags.
The staff give the right amount of service.
Croissants were perfect, strawberry tart was great, creme brulee was solid, & the lemon tart was a little sweet for me, but the place overall is a 10/10
So friends, I spent my 6th year anniversary here with my fiancé & it was wonderful. Music & vibes were elegant & I loved every second of it.
The tromple d'oeil was phenomenal & delicious. I got to try the cacao & the mango along with the Ferrero rocher cake. They were fresh & delicious. Just another note, one of the patisserie was sprinkled with silver flakes & I loved that little touch.
Les viennoiseries & pâtisseries ne sont pas si exceptionnelles pour le prix élevé. Évitez à tout prix les trompes l'oeil qui ne sont que peu garnis (juste de la mousse) pour le prix…

La bouffe fût un monumental desastre,, du filet mignon qui goûtait la semelle de chsussure, une entrée de pain accomapgné de fromage très grasse & dure à mâcher, les humburgers étaient moyens mais les frites étaient faméliques & sans panache. Avec des croissants à 8$ l'unité qui goûtaient ceux de Tim Hortons, disons que qu'on était une game en deçà de la mediocrité. Outre que c'etait l'anniversaire de ma femme, je l'avais specifier da ma réservation & que je voulais un gâteau surprise pour l'occasion, mais une fois là-bàs rien ne fût fait. En definitive, la case commentaire de la reservation était là pour le decor, & non pour le client. le service fût excellent à cause de la diligence des serveurs & serveuses, mais à part ça tout ce qui était independants de leur actions fût un pur désastre, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux !
I really like this place, but I was a bit disappointed once again - & also yesterday. So I'm taking a moment to write this down. The order-taking service was very slow (even though there weren't many customers), & the staff seemed a bit cold in their attitude.
When I received my dish, the béchamel sauce had been forgotten or was simply missing, which took another ten minutes to fix. The dining area was messy, with empty bottles on the floor around the service bar - probably left over from a party earlier in the day or the night before.
Honestly, I've seen better, especially in terms of presentation & overall customer experience. & since it's always quite expensive for a (bakery), our expectations are naturally high.
J'aime bien cet endroit, mais j'ai été un peu déçu encore une fois & aussi hier. Donc je prends un moment pour écrire.. Le service de prise de commandes a été très long ( pourtant pas beaucoup de clients ) & les employés semblaient un peu froids dans leur attitude. Quand j'ai reçu mon plat, la sauce béchamel avait été oubliée ou inexistante , ce qui a encore pris une dizaine de minutes pour être corrigé. La salle était en désordre, avec des bouteille vides par terre autour du bar de service, sûrement d'une fête du matin ou de la veille. Honnêtement, j'ai déjà connu mieux surtout au niveau présentation des lieux & expérience client. & comme c'est toujours assez cher pour une (boulangerie), nos attentes sont forcément élevées.
