Since 1952, Duc de Lorraine has served French pastries, seasonal cakes, viennoiseries and macaroons using traditional recipes by great French pastry chefs. Our reputation stems from our commitment to using only the finest natural ingredients. Essentially, we use the same ingredients as our great pastry chefs from generations ago. Cela fait plus de 25 ans que je fréquente Le Duc de Lorraine. L'ambiance d'antan n'y est tout simplement plus - nouvelle administration? - alors que le service est offert avec hostilité sans effort d'accueil. Ce restaurant a connu de bien meilleurs jours.

Alors là, je n'en reviens pas, comment peut-on manger aussi mal, bel établissement, oui c'est vrai mais c'est tout du tape à l'oeil! Ne parlons de la dernière nouveau en pâtisserie avec la soit disante crème pâtissière à l'intérieur, faite avec de l'eau, aucun goût, je ne parle pas du prix ...
