Since 1952, Duc de Lorraine has served French pastries, seasonal cakes, viennoiseries and macaroons using traditional recipes by great French pastry chefs. Our reputation stems from our commitment to using only the finest natural ingredients. Essentially, we use the same ingredients as our great pastry chefs from generations ago. AN UNMISSABLE INSTITUTION in Montreal. If the prices here were 20-25% lower this might be the best patisserie in the world. The only negative are the prices. I've been here dozens of times & especially love their galette des rois & their religieuse au café. They respect their craft & have a very refined & distinguished vibe.
