Since 1952, Duc de Lorraine has served French pastries, seasonal cakes, viennoiseries and macaroons using traditional recipes by great French pastry chefs. Our reputation stems from our commitment to using only the finest natural ingredients. Essentially, we use the same ingredients as our great pastry chefs from generations ago. La tartelette passion-framboise était trop grasse & tellement sucrée qu'il fallait boire après chaque bouchée. De la framboise, il n'y avait que le centre sous forme de confiture, alors que j'aurais aimé une touche d'acidité provenant de framboises fraîches.

Honestly, being in the DDL was a magical experience. From visuals, smell, decoration & services, they were phenomenal. The food, of course, amazing, though the prices are on a very high end, it's ok to try once in a life time thing.
The only room for improvement I'd like to suggest was having Food Allergy labels for online orders menu. In the store, we were informed but not online order.

This place is simply amazing even though it is grossly overpriced. We had the banana pudding & oh my god I am not kidding it is the best thing I have ever eaten. The price is the only thing keeping me from eating the banana pudding every day. :-)
