Quand vous rentrez dans cette boulangerie pâtisserie vous vous croyez à un moment donnée sur l'avenue des champs Élysée & encore je suis sûr que c'est moins cher. Les prix sont très excessifs pour ce que c'est. Les gâteaux sont bons mais cela ne mérite pas de tel tarif. Même en allant chez les plus grands pâtissier en France les prix ne sont pas aussi élevés.

Sadly worst Christmas dinner we had. back home from out of province for the holidays; considering Duc was our fave pâtisserie, we opted to have our Christmas dinner there. Had to wait for 1.5hrs! Just to be served with only appetizer & wait more for the mains, expecting for a good Wellington that ended up & looked like a sad beef bun..first bad experience here, had to pay 300cad either way
The entrées arrived same time as main dish which was kind of strange, & the waiters kept bringing the wrong plates to our table. Also it's a bit pricey.
Les jours heureux au Duc de Lorraine sont derrière moi. C'est maintenant un repaire d'Instagrammeurs où les propriétaires cherchent avant tout le profit au dépend des clients & des employés.a Je m'explique, 24 décembre. J'arrive pour ramasser une commande. La musique est à fond, les vendeurs & personne ne peut s'entendre entre eux. Des tables & fauteuils sont littéralement à dans l'allée des présentoirs. Les pauvres clients qui y sont installés n'ont pas dû profiter d'un instant agréable! Ma commande était soit sèche, soit goûtait plus le sucre qu'autre chose. Enfin, je lis sur internet que le Duc ne paie pas les périodes d'essai de ses employés & les traité mal. Au prix que le Duc charge, & pour toutes les raisons énoncées ci-haut, je ne reviendrai pas.
J'ai acheté un new york roll à la pistache ce vendredi 27 décembre 2024 & lorsque je l'ai mangé, la crème à l'intérieur était surette, comme si elle avait tournée. J'ai dû jeté le croissant, car j'ai eu peur d'être malade. C'est vraiment dommage qu'au prix payé, j'ai seulement pu mangé deux bouchées. La pâte du croissant était très bonne. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas cette pâtisserie dite fine.
Service n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Manque d'hygiène: cheveux retrouvés dans la sauce mayonnaise & dans la mousse du café Ceci n'est pas une mauvaise publicité mais pour sensibiliser les gérants de l'établissement. Au prix qu'on a payé, on n'est pas satisfait

Nous sommes habitués depuis longtemps d'aller chez Duc , mais ce soir nous avons été très déçu de la bûche Royal, rien à voir avec la petite pâtisserie Royale & de plus quand nous lavons sorti du sac chez nos amis la boîte était collante & pas trop propre. En tout cas nous sommes ROYALEMENT DÉÇU pour bûche à 79$

Excellent & unique place with a great atmosphere. A store with incredibly delicious baked goods in a wide range, as well as a cozy place for lunch or dinner with friends.
High-quality food & plenty of pastries make this a must-visit brunch spot in Montreal! The staff are professional. It gets quite crowded on weekends, so waiters might occasionally forget small details in your order. The prices are on the higher side for brunch-imagine paying $8 for a latte!" When you're sitting in front of Saint Joseph oratory you should order Saint Joseph it is a Benedict, bagel topped with salmon & cream cheese, comes with a bowl of fruit.
Cher pour ce que c'est, je recommande seulement le croissant nature & le chocolat chaud. Leur tartes, gâteaux & autres viennoiseries n'en valent pas la peine

A childhood favorite. The best croissants in Quebec & Ontario combined. A real authentic French experience. So glad they now offer shipping some of their delicacies.
Service is top tier You guys should make the key lime pie it will be delicious! Yes I was given the wrong order but your place is very clean & nice & the staff is nice
