Such a pleasant café experience. I had a latte with a fresh croissant & both were exactly what I was hoping for. The coffee was smooth & the croissant had a beautiful crispy exterior. Everyone working there was friendly too. Would definitely visit again.

On m'a facturé 10,50 $ plus taxes pour un café moyen, servi dans un gobelet qui n'a même rien de décent. Lorsque j'ai demandé des explications pour vérifier s'il s'agissait d'une erreur, le serveur était tout aussi surpris que moi. Ce prix est excessif & totalement injustifié par rapport à la qualité & au service proposés.

Had such a lovely experience at Duc de Lorraine. I ordered a croissant with a cappuccino & both were excellent. The croissant was flaky on the outside & soft & buttery inside. Coffee was smooth & went perfectly with it. Such a nice place to sit & enjoy something sweet.

GREAT PLACE! Fantastic food & pastries! The service was outstanding!! Our server Nicholas who goes by Andrew was the best. The outdoor seating was delightful. This place is a definite must to go to when visiting Montreal!

If you want to experience a true French cafe & bakery then visit Duc de Lorraine. It's a little bit of Paris in Montreal. The pastries & cakes here are out of this world. You can dine in, take out or eat in the park across the street.
