Our principle is simple: à la carte seasonal dishes that change daily according to the freshest cuts available at our butcher shop. Rib steak de qualité inférieure. Viande sans persillage. Cuisson demandée médium-saignant... reçu presque bien cuit. Résultat: Viande ultra sèche. Le serveur n'a rien fait suite à mon insatisfaction. Bien que les accompagnements étaient bien apprêtés, le principal était immangeable.

Ce steakhouse n'a absolument rien à envier.
