I brought my sister from California here to do the maple tasting & she said it was the highlight of the trip. The owner puts you at ease & then regales you with how maple syrup is made & the ins & outs of the maple syrup industry. Super super fascinating & I learned quite a bit, & I considered myself someone who knew about maple syrup before going to this. She also gives you such a variety of syrups & treats to enjoy it truly is an amazing experience that is well worth it. Not to mention her shop is full of amazing treats such as pastries, syrup, candies, wines & beers, etc. If you're wondering if you should do the maple tasting: DO IT! If you're wondering if you should go there just to go: DO IT! 10/10 experience.

We learned so much about maple syrup, its history in the region, how it's collected & prepared, what sets apart the various styles of syrups, & products such as maple butter, jam, & sugar. We were surprised it was not an overly sweet experience, especially since we were eating maple products for an hour! Our hostess was exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable & made us feel right at home.

We did the maple tasting here, & it was the best experience! This is a must-do if you are in Montreal. We learned so much & it was so enjoyable. The owner is wonderful & you learn so much about her family farm. Do it!

This was such an incredible experience to share with my adult children! Natalie was absolutely fantastic-fun, knowledgeable, & ready with answers to all our questions. & her maple candy? Truly amazing! We had a wonderful time from start to finish!

The maple tasting/conference is AWESOME. It's delicious & Nathalie is very funny & knowledgable on maple production. She accompanies her talk with videos from their farm, & it's really cool to see it all come together. Highly recommend

Simply fantastic! Nathalie is so kind & charismatic. The passion for her craft is clear. Our tasting genuinely felt like a brunch with family, warm, welcoming, & full of wonderful things to try. J'ai eu la chance de participer à un atelier de dégustation sur le sirop d'érable présenté par Nathalie, & ce fut une très belle expérience, autant sur le plan humain que gustatif.
J'ai découvert non seulement les saveurs authentiques du sirop d'érable, mais aussi toute la culture & la belle histoire familiale qui se cachent derrière cette enseigne.
Un moment figé dans le temps, rempli de passion & de partage.

This was super fun! My cousin & I were a little late, but she was very nice about it. We had some delicious samples, & a very thorough & interactive lecture about maple syrup farming in Quebec. Highly recommend!
