Fondée à Montréal en 1998, la Microbrasserie Dieu du Ciel! produit et embouteille à Saint-Jérôme quelques-unes de ses meilleures bières. Le pub, qui dispose d’une grande vitrine avec vue sur la brasserie, propose une vingtaine de bières artisanales à déguster dans une ambiance conviviale. On y sert une cuisine de type bistro qui valorise les ingrédients locaux ainsi que des viandes fumées sur place. Les bières sont également offertes pour emporter.

Service is frequently described as friendly and attentive, though occasional delays can occur during peak times, and some longtime fans note menu changes that limit favorite dishes or vegetarian options. The experience is considered good value for the quality, and the attached store and easy access add to the appeal, even if parking can be challenging in some locations and noise levels can be high on busy nights.
We went there with the team that I work with for after-hours beers & snacks. The place has a trendy & smooth decor, with comfortable, as opposed to tightly packed, tables/seating.
The service was professional & friendly. Their beers are home-brewed, & it's a locally recognized brand, one that can be found in grocery stores all around. There's a vast selection of beer kinds, which I did not try comprehensively because I needed to be able to walk, but their IPAs are very nice indeed.
The food menu is more than just pub grub, & I think just about anyone will find something there. This helps when it comes to bringing larger groups with various tastes & constraints.
Best place to have a bite & a drink with family & friends in the Laurentians. They really nailed down the perfect triangle of food/service/atmosphere. The (new) place is gorgeous, super inviting, inside & outside, the service is absolutely out of this world (been going there for over 8 years & still have never experienced anything else than warm welcome, stellar service, super efficient), the food is bistronomy at its best (price increased in the past 3 years, but it was shamefully low price to start with, so it is fair play for the quality), & the beer is their dna (huge selection, brewery is just behind the pub for both St Jérome & Montreal venues). A gem.

Best place in St Jerome, best pub in nearly every place. Really good food & drink selection including kombucha, friendly cool staff. Great original veggie options.
Pour moi c'est une micro 5 étoiles. Plats travaillés, bières savoureuses, service digne des dieux, belle salle, belle terrasse chauffée avec coin foyer, bonne sélection musicale & pour terminer prix & délai à la hauteur de ce qui vous est servi. Un vrai délice. Jugez par vous même.
This is a top shelf resto/pub. Service is friendly, quick & patient. Food is tasty & served without delay even though it was very busy a Friday night at 1800. The selection of beers is excellent. I would highly recommend a visit.
Quelle expérience ! J'ai récemment visité Dieu du Ciel! & je suis vraiment impressionné. L'ambiance est chaleureuse & conviviale, avec un décor magnifique qui reflète parfaitement l'identité de cette brasserie artisanale. Leur sélection de bières est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Ils proposent une grande variété de styles, des classiques aux expérimentations les plus audacieuses. Chaque bière que j'ai goûtée était d'une qualité irréprochable, avec des saveurs complexes & équilibrées. Le personnel est également très compétent & attentionné. Ils prennent le temps d'expliquer les différents styles de bière & de conseiller les clients selon leurs préférences. C'est un vrai plus pour apprécier pleinement l'expérience. En plus des bières, la cuisine est également excellente. J'ai savouré un délicieux plat du jour végétarien qui mettait parfaitement en valeur les arômes de la bière brassée sur place. Dans l'ensemble, je ne peux que recommander chaudement Dieu du Ciel! Que vous soyez amateur de bières artisanales ou simplement à la recherche d'un endroit convivial pour passer un bon moment, vous ne serez pas déçu. J'y retournerai sans hésiter !
If you liked the old place, you're going to love the new, improved, DDC. Never been? You'll like it too. Is it the best beer? No. But it's more than decent. Not so adventurous vs other places but still has a selection that should please most. Food selection does not reinvent the wheel but I enjoyed many plates. Good to mention that every deep fried dish I tried was real good, not greasy. The decor was improved during the last renovation & it's quite beautiful. Love the terrace during summer. Service is speedy & polite. If you are in St-Jerome or the immediate area, I recommend.

While in the area, we had to visit Dieu du Ciel's St-Jerome location to compare with their nostalgic Mile-End location. Like visiting a whole other world! Large, newly renovated, family-friendly restaurant feel in StJerome, drawing in local of all ages unlike Montreal's dive bar feel. My husband loves the beer, yet the selection seemed limited compared to Montreal's. Smash burger & poutine were good portions, & the burger showed promise, but both were EXTREMELY salty, making it difficult to give an honest food review.
