Diablos BBQ Smokehouse offre une expérience conviviale avec une ambiance rustique et une vraie passion pour le fumé; un brisket tendre et des ribs savoureux, accompagnés de sides généreux tels que mac and cheese ou frites, séduisent par leur cuisson et leur goût; le service est chaleureux et efficace, les boissons fortes et les cocktails plaisent, et l'option wings illimité du mardi est souvent recommandée; on retient aussi la qualité constante, les portions généreuses et l'atmosphère accueillante qui donnent envie de revenir.
I'm writing this review hoping it reaches the management at Diablos BBQ, because I truly enjoy the food here especially the wings, which are absolutely delicious & one of the main reasons I keep coming back. That said, my experience with the service, particularly during my most recent visit, left a lot to be desired.
There was only one male waiter working that day, named Phil, & unfortunately, his attitude & attention to our table were very disappointing. We had to call him over multiple times just to place our order, & when we finally did, our wings took 25 minutes to arrive three times in a row. The excuse we were given was that the restaurant was very busy, but I could clearly see him standing behind the bar doing nothing & avoiding our table most of the time. It honestly felt like we were being ignored on purpose.
This isn't an isolated incident. It's become a pattern whenever I visit, great food, but frustrating service. It gets to the point where I almost feel like I have to get up & serve myself just to get a glass of water or some napkins. That should never be the case in a restaurant.
To be fair, there's one waitress (unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I mentioned her in a previous review) who was incredibly attentive & fast during one of our visits. She was handling her tables like a pro, & I wish the rest of the staff had her attitude & work ethic.
I strongly suggest that management take a closer look at how tables are being assigned & how servers are being supervised. Maybe more staff is needed on busier days like Tuesdays, or maybe better training is necessary, but something needs to change. The quality of the food deserves better service to match. Right now, the poor attention from certain waiters, particularly Phil is killing the excitement & the overall experience.
I'm sharing this with the hope that things improve. I want to keep supporting this place, but the service really needs to step up.
First time trying out this resto & we were not disappointed! We went on all you can eat wing night...yum.
Fantastic cocktails also..my son had a smoked old fashioned which was really interesting.
The resto is rustic & welcoming. Stevie Ray playing was awesome. Beautiful large outdoor patio also.
We had Katie as our server & my goodness she was fantastic! The place was hopping & she didn't stop & always had a smile on her face!
Highly recommend this spot & looking forward to coming back to try some ribs!
The wings were very dry, tasted like they were left in the smoker for too long. The sauces were good tho. Just don't expect much from the all you can eat chicken wings.

We went for the 14.99$ unlimited wings Tuesday special & it honestly exceeded my expectations by far.
The wings were HUGE & so well cooked, flavourful & smoky before even adding sauce. There were many sauce choices, from memory BBQ, Ranch, Kansas, Demon, Jalapeno, chipotle mayo & blue cheese- they were all good but Kansas & BBQ were the overall favs.
You get fries with your first serving of wings as well. & yes, they keep bringing them until you're winged out!
Our waiter Phil was awesome, super friendly & quick with everything. Like actually made our entire dining experience better.
Insane value for money, WILL be back, HIGHLY recommend!

The reviews are incentivized so you know it's mid. Servers were nice though obviously overwhelmed. The server sections made no sense, it seemed like table around us was a different server. The wings were OK. They are smoked with sauce on the side. Worth the money if you can eat lots!
Good wings & great service! Our server Phil was on top of it the entire time & managed an entire group for all you can eat wings excellently. Definitely worth it. Also they don't skimp on the drinks. Phil's the best wingman in the city
