The food was good, hearty & the portions generous. Nice of them to have delicious mocktails. Our waitress provided impeccable customer service. On a busy night, the place does get quite loud, as the room is cavernous & there is a bar area. As for mobility, there are no steps to get in. However, the place feels fairly crowded & there isn't much space to navigate between tables.

Even the prices were a little high, the food was good & the original flavor of the ingredients from the plate was kept, it was really good. On the other hand, the defaulctip on the machine is set up very high. I wish to remind that a customer is not obligated to pay 20 or 25% tip on a bill, bill gates is not going to that resto every day, & even like that, for sure he will not be so generous. Is too much for a medium sallary & for a plate of food. We do not want to be rude, i was working in resto more than 10 years, but still, in that time people pay 2-3$ tip, & by the way, my salary is 2$ more per hour than that time, the food is already double & the demanded tip is maybe 5 times bigger. Lets be realistic. This eclipse the food. For 60$ bill to pay by default 12-20$ tip is to much.

A few weeks ago my husband & I had dinner at the Del Fresco in the West Island. I ordered the #17 pizza which is the Carciofe. No where does it say that this pizza is spicy. I suffer from Crohn's disease & I can't have spicy food without feeling sick. After taking a bite I called over the waitress & explained to her that I could not eat the Pizza because it was spicy. She spoke to her manager & he said that they could not replace the pizza but they could offer me a soup in its place. I was very angry not to mention hungry but I didn't want to make a scene. I sat there & watched my husband & two other couples eat. I didn't want a soup. I could have had that at home. Very disappointed & will never go back. Customer service was a big zero. I suggested that they update their menu to reflect that pizza # 17 is spicy. Customers need to be informed due to dietary restrictions such as mine.

Delicious tasty food. Pasta was perfect al dente. Pizza Caruso was light tasy & something to sing about. Reasonable prices; large portions. Our server, Kayla, took very good care of us. She was pleasant & provided excellent, attentive service with a winning smile.

Had a group party of 25 people. It was definitely a good choice to go here because of the ambiance (its pretty inside) & there was a good variety of dishes for people to choose from. The wood oven pizzas were delicious & honestly the portions were huge for the price.

Firstly Customer service when you walk in is great & it continues thruout the experience Shout out To Christina Shyanne & Christopher they made the experience an exceptional one....we were celebrating a birthday & it was great had a table visit by Mr.Del frisco Himself loved the whole experience will Def go back

It's my go to. Food is always consistent, service is great & I love the atmosphere-including the outdoor patio in the warmer weather. Parking is never an issue & there is vegan & vegetarian options. I don't need it but they have a good gluten free menu as well.

We waited for over 30 minutes & nobody came to get our orders. All the tables were empty & all the waiters & waitress were just standing there like they were lost. I left after 30 min. Bad service!

Another culinary experience that blew me away. This time, I tried the daily menu, which included minestrone soup & pollo alla melanzane. The latter was incredibly flavorful, far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend this place

My kids are extremely fussy, & they ate all their food ! It was absolutely delicious & if I lived closer I would go back allllll the time !

Used to be so much better went in for my birthday & ordered a pizza with no mushrooms due to an allergy, once revived my food there was arugula covering the top so I cut a piece of the pizza took a bit & felt a taste of mushrooms sure enough there was, I flagged over our waited who bushed of off saying he knew, so if he did know why was it served in the first place had to end up waiting while the rest of my party ate, & taking Benadryl due to coming in contact with an allergen, not the way I wanted to spend my birthday! nor did I get my meal or drink comped, very disappointed
