We were a group of 9 at Del Friscos to celebrate a birthday . Our server was Zoey…….she was absolutely fantastic. Service was timely without being rushed, she was open to questions & all service was provided with a smile. This despite a very full restaurant. We had various pizzas, pasta & 1 chicken dish . The food was delicious & the portions very generous. A small cake was provided for the birthday girl & Zoey very kindly brought complimentary mini cannolis for the group. Overall a great experience. Tonight we tried Del Frisco for my birthday & it was absolutely one of the best meals I've ever had. I had the Novello Chicken with Minestrone Soup side dish. Both were excellent, especially the Novello Chicken.
We also tried mocktails & they were sublime. It's always nice when restaurants offer fancy non alcoholic drinks because soda is kind of redundant. My compliments to the chef, bartender & the friendly staff.
FYI : The plate in the picture is Novello Chicken & Vegan Tacos.
First off shout out to Christina & Aroun who made my birthday celebration so enjoyable. Patience & a good sense of humour was truly appreciated.
Visit April 14 @6 PM . The service was top notch from other service staff members but unfortunately I didn't get their names but if you're reading this we were a group of 7 mainly women. We're the ones that laughed loud & hard.
I'll be honest 2 flaws ~ beer wasn't cold enough & the Marsala wasn't quite to my liking but next day I reheated with a touch of cream & it was perfect( leftovers Yay)
But all the rest of the food was abundant tasty & hot. It's not the restaurant fault the veal didn't suit my taste buds or that I like my beer ice cold. I could've said something.
I'm happy we went .. I hadn't been out with family on my birthday in a long time this place made it such a memorable evening.
Price 40-50$ per plate.
Stars of the evening the dips & I got a taste of the strip loin ~ perfect, next time.

Celebrated a major family birthday there. Our server was awesome. The table d'hote was so amazing that most of us got something off that, but we had a few things off their extensive main menu as well. Superb food, great atmosphere. Music is not too loud so you can have great conversations. Good gluten free options for many of the menu items, & they take it seriously. They also adapted a menu item for a family member with a few sensitivities. Excellent experience, we will be back!
It was my daughters birthday so I picked up 3 different desserts to bring home. Waited over 20 minutes at the door & felt in the way as people came in . Finally got my order but when I looked inside, the tiramisu was the first dessert I say & didn't know what it was. Didn't want to go back inside because of the wait so went home. Never again .

Firstly Customer service when you walk in is great & it continues thruout the experience Shout out To Christina Shyanne & Christopher they made the experience an exceptional one....we were celebrating a birthday & it was great had a table visit by Mr.Del frisco Himself loved the whole experience will Def go back
Used to be so much better went in for my birthday & ordered a pizza with no mushrooms due to an allergy, once revived my food there was arugula covering the top so I cut a piece of the pizza took a bit & felt a taste of mushrooms sure enough there was, I flagged over our waited who bushed of off saying he knew, so if he did know why was it served in the first place had to end up waiting while the rest of my party ate, & taking Benadryl due to coming in contact with an allergen, not the way I wanted to spend my birthday! nor did I get my meal or drink comped, very disappointed
We've been here before & have always enjoyed it, but tonight was even better because of the outstanding service given by Kaila. Of all restaurant experiences in Montreal in the past few years, Kaila was the best Server. Not only was she friendly, authentic, patient & accommodating, she was also professional, showed a great work ethic, & seemed like she genuinely loves her job. It was refreshing to see. We were impressed. (She served our adult table as well as the table where my teen daughter was celebrating her birthday with friends. Kaila was wonderful with them.) We hadn't been to Del Frisco's in a while, but we will certainly come back more often.

Maddie was our waitress & she was fantastic. She make sure we had everything we needed & came to our table a few times if we needed anything & if all was OK. She overheard my sister & I talking about our friend Kim & that we were getting together for her birthday & showed up with a birthday brownnie for our friends brithday. The reservation was for Friday Nov. 17th at 12:30 for 3 under my name Carole Hurteau. All in all, Maddie did a fantastic job!!!!! Thank you.
Great food, great service, great atmosphere, loved the dessert with sparkler for my daughter's birthday & the singing :-) Will definitely be back again.

Went as a group of 6 for lunch to celebrate a work colleague's birthday. Del Frisco's never disappoints - I have never had a bad meal there & the menu is diverse enough to please everyone (vegan options too!). Our group agreed that the food was excellent (served fresh & hot), the service was friendly & effficient (we were on a time limit) & the birthday girl loved her birthday brownie topped with ice cream. A great choice anytime!
