Ayant déjà bâti notre réputation en ce qui concerne le service de traiteur pour les mariages, le Dawat s’est taillé une place de choix auprès de ses clients. Nous sommes aujourd’hui très fiers de pouvoir vous présenter notre nouveau restaurant “take-out” qui saura certainement vous plaire. Notre mission; vous offrir la meilleure qualité de nourriture à un prix des plus abordables. Comment y arrivons-nous? En éliminant les coûts non nécessaire et en achetant en gros, on vous promet que chaque dollars investit au Dawat en vaudra la peine, car nous savons très bien que tous travaillent fort pour leur gagne-pain!

Dawat est souvent salué pour ses plats savoureux et authentiques, avec des saveurs Punjabi riches et des portions généreuses, le butter chicken et le naan frais étant les incontournables et la mangue lassi restant particulièrement rafraîchissante. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné, l'atmosphère est cosy et conviviale, idéale pour un repas détendu et aussi pratique pour les commandes à emporter ou en livraison. C'est un lieu familial apprécié comme une halte gourmande dans l'Ouest de l'île, où l'équipe rend chaque passage agréable et où les plats semblent faits maison. Après la réouverture suite à l'incendie, Dawat a été perçu comme plus fort et continue d'offrir une expérience culinaire de qualité, avec des plats préparés avec soin et des saveurs bien équilibrées. Dans l'ensemble, les avis recommandent Dawat pour sa cuisine savoureuse, son rapport qualité-prix et sa capacité à donner à chaque plat une impression faite maison, tout en espérant quelques améliorations ponctuelles dans le service.
Amazing Indian restaurant! The food was full of flavour - especially the butter chicken & fresh naan. Service was friendly & fast, & the staff gave great recommendations. The atmosphere was warm & cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing restaurant in the West Island. Food tasted amazing, butter chicken & chicken 65 were top notch. Might be best Indian food in the West Island.
Food was very good however, we received 1 wrong item instead of the one we had ordered. Always verify with the cashier that you getting what you ordered when picking up your food. We were looking forward to trying the butter chicken, unfortunately, that item was missing.
Butter Chicken is Great here! Nice little place for takeout with a few a seats, & a very simple menu full of great tasting food at moderate prices. Basically, they serve lamb, butter chicken, tandori chicken, etc.. & you can choose to have it three (3) ways, wrap, combo, or on rice. Price depends on which way you want it. This place is LONG awaited for result of a caterer (I cant spell) finally opened a mini restaurant in front of the kitchens. So, the food is very yummy, & they are willing to adjust to how hot you like it. Good Fluffy naan bread. This is a mini-strip mall, so parking is free, just a bit limited. This mall is handy for getting supper, as it includes a pizza place, & a dep. to grab milk on the way home, so everyone is happy.
First time ordering from Dawat. We had the Butter chicken & it was Amazing! Calling to place an order was easy & delivery was fast & free. Absolutely recommend!
Absolutely adore this spot! Service is top-notch, food is reasonably priced, & the establishment is spotless. I can't recommend it enough. If you go, the butter chicken roll is a must-try – it's my personal favorite. 100% would suggest to friends & family.

The clients had better sense of hospitality then the restaurant itself, we order butter chicken, lame curry & tandoori chicken even though they charged us full price we received no rice no vegetables & charged us for the bread , the most expensive I found was the mango yogurt 4$ a cup , yes I agree it was delicious mango/yogurt . Personally I won't go back there & the taste of food at spicebros was much better to my taste .
Food & service were amazing! My family & I ordered food for my birthday party. Everybody loved the butter chicken. My sister & I, who are vegetarian, loved the paneer palak & baingan bharta. We also loved the gulab jamun & mango lassi. We forgot to order samosas. A good reason to go back & get more food.
