Ridiculous prices for meh soft serve. The chocolate overpowered the pistacchio. The orange sorbet overpowered the fior di latte. The cannoli sundae was an insult to the cannoli. Everything was truly underwhelming. Im upset for being taken for such a ride. Never again!!

2026 : La crème glacée pistache & chocolat est complètement folle !!!!! Sérieux, ça vaut vraiment le détour.
De notre côté, on prend toujours le format Bambino… comme ça, ça nous donne une bonne excuse pour y retourner plus souvent ! 🍦😋

L'année dernière, nous avions essayé cet endroit & nous avions beaucoup aimé notre expérience.

Malheureusement, notre visite cette année a été extrêmement décevante.

Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la crème glacée : elle ne tenait pas du tout dans le cornet & s'écrasait systématiquement.

Malgré plusieurs essais de l'employée, le résultat restait le même. Après plusieurs minutes d'attente, nous avons enfin eu nos cornets, mais une fois dehors, la crème glacée s'est encore une fois effondrée & est tombée par terre (un problème de refroidissement de la machine ?).

C'est d'ailleurs exactement ce qui est arrivé aux clients juste avant nous.

L'équipe a eu la gentillesse de nous la refaire & de nous la servir dans un pot, ce que nous avons apprécié, mais la texture restait beaucoup trop liquide.

Quand on prend en considération que trois crèmes glacées avec pourboire reviennent à environ 35 $, on s'attend à une tout autre qualité. C'est dommage !

Absolument délicieux. Vaut chaque dollar. J'aime qu'il y ait une rotation des saveurs, ça donne le goût d'y retourner.

We ended up here by chance, & it turned out to be a great surprise! The selection wasn't huge, but the flavors were delicious & paired really well together. The chocolate & matcha combination was amazing, & I really loved the vanilla & apricot. We both got the small size & immediately wished we'd ordered a larger one. We'll definitely be back!
