Not a great experience.
Beef was very hard & chewy
The egg was okay, but nothing special. Overall the food wasn't really nice
The store was extremely smoky inside, which made it uncomfortable to eat, all the clothes were stink after. Probably won't come back.

Went to this place with high expectations because there's always a long waiting list that you need to join before entering. After about half an hour or so, they gave us a call & we walked in. We liked the food & the general atmosphere was great. But holy moly was it expensive! We ordered the least pricey items on the menu & for two people, the bill came down to just under 100 dollars including taxes & tips. Good for a one time visit, but definitely not a regular stop for us.
Good food, Korean bbq experience, atmosphere as it should be, the exhaust system is nice. But the service at the end was poor. Disappointing. Maybe I would come back in a different time of the day, not dinne
We have been here many times & we all like the food here, but the guests here must order barbecue every time. Sometimes when you only want to have a noodles or rice, it is not available.
Lately, the food has started to get worse, the beef quality has declined, & the service has become less attentive.
Vraiment aimé l'expérience! Très bonne qualité de produits & la cuisson dépend de nous car c'est un style raclette. J'ai bien aimé, mais je déconseille les tables proche de la porte durant la période des fêtes surtout si vous êtes frileux(se).
The staff were helpful to my ordering as I've only had Korean food once before, the food was delicious & had generous portions.

Have you ever been uncomfortable to ask for something at the restaurant? That was the vibe we got, like she didn't want to serve us. The order of how things were served was also odd. That soup in the picture came last & with no serving ladle. Were we supposed to just spoon it into the multiple bowls at our table?
As for the food, how the egg (the yellow stuff) was the most unappetizing thing there. It looked like liquid eggs from a store bought carton, didn't cook well. The meats were plain & lacklustre. Lastly, they didn't even have all the sides in the menu.
There are many Korean bbq places around Concordia, & this is probably the worst one.
Food is good but the service is of a lesser quality than the nearby location. During rush hour the wait time is always past 30+.
We had a phenomenal experience. Food & soju cocktail pitcher were absolutely delicious. The service felt authentic, like you were in a street market. 10/10 would come back again!
Order 2 beef & 1 pork to bbq… didn't have many choices of beef to choose because it was all sold out. We also ordered 2 noodles. We didn't even have enough time to eating our meet & they already bring us the bill, find that awkward.
Amazing side dishes & fresh meat. Fast service. Has a vent to avoid smoke smell!

Had a great Korean BBQ experience at Daldongnae in downtown Montreal. The food was fresh, high quality, & very satisfying. The meat was well cut & flavorful, & grilling it at the table made the whole meal fun & interactive.
The side dishes ,were generous & tasty, especially the kimchi & the corn & egg around the grill. The side dishes, Sauces & condiments are served unlimited , we need to order meat choices separately(charged based on choice ).
The atmosphere was lively & comfortable, & the staff were attentive & helpful without rushing us.
Would definitely come back.
This place is legit. Taste authentic Korean. Good quality, fresh, & taste amazing. While we were at Montreal, we came here two nights back to back. It was that good. Both times, it didn't disappoint. I would come back every time I come to Montreal.
C'est pas un AYCE, mais les à côtés(+salade, soupe) sont illimités, donc avec un bol de riz & les sides, c'est suffisant. Toutes les viandes étaient fraîches & super bonnes. L'équipe nous a servis en français(pas comme certains avis) & super rapide. Merci à Donsap, il a été parfait & sous son lead, même trainee était super sympa. No.1 kbbq! On y retournera!
Un classique BBQ coréen sans chichi, des employés attentifs aux besoins des clients, je recommande ! Allez-y en bonne compagnie & profitez 😇
Les viandes sont vraiment trop bonnes surtout le poulet, mon préféré. Le décor met dans l'ambiance directement.
