Went for a Blizzard tonight & ended up with a rather goopy, melted concoction. Wanted to encourage this location but not going back except for their ice cream cakes! They're really good. Highly recommend.

Their machine wasn't working so my ice cream was all melted. They didn't flip it upside down & I didn't even clock it until after I got in the car. Isn't that supposed to be free if it falls out? Isn't that their whole point? What's their problem?
