This is my third & last time to this Dairy Queen. Incredibly cheap location. Barely any fudge even though I bring up. Visit the ice cream shop right next to them, much better value

Went for a Blizzard tonight & ended up with a rather goopy, melted concoction. Aren't they supposed to flip the Blizzard' upside down or else it's free. I guess not at this location.

Wanted to encourage this location but not going back except for their ice cream cakes! They're really good. Highly recommend.

Their machine wasn't working so my ice cream was all melted. They didn't flip it upside down & I didn't even clock it until after I got in the car. Isn't that supposed to be free if it falls out? Isn't that their whole point? What's their problem?
