Shi Li's paintings are a visual expedition into'light' &'energy.' He inherits the Xieyi (freehand) spirit of traditional literati painting but discards specific landscape motifs in favor of a grander, purer cosmological vision. His works are not merely layers of pigment on canvas, but the freezing of time, emotion, & natural rhythm.
This exhibition presents Shi Li's significant recent works, tracing his evolution from a fascination with linear rhythm to his current mastery of balancing epic narratives with microscopic textures. Under his brush, color is no longer a tool for description, but life force itself.
Really great, authentic traditional chinese cuisine!
If you want it the way it's supposed to be made, come here!
The service is caring & very nice when responding to questions!
The atmosphere is tranquil, quiet, peaceful!
They also have a bookshelf where you can borrow books to read!!!
Very nice food & chef Fei is very kind! Too many good food options. It really worth the experience. A hug from Brazil!
Their hospitality is so warm & sincere. The food is amazing & they have some authentic flavors that hits right in the soul
I highly recommend this place to everyone. Be sure to try the wonton soup-it's excellent
Family dinner, food was excellent & service was great. we will definitely be returning & ordering take out.
Came here with some friends at the end of our Montreal trip on the way back to San Francisco.
Excellent food. Excellent host. Warm & inviting atmosphere. It this restaurant was back home, I would eat here all of the time.
Très bons plats, cuisine authentique. Excellent service. Prix raisonnables. Je recommande!
We came here with a big group of 20+ people, & everything was organized so well. The staff set up all the tables nicely before we arrived. The food was delicious & perfect for sharing with a big group. Service was super fast & friendly; even with 20 people, the first dishes came out in about 15 minutes, & then new hot dishes kept coming every 5-10 minutes. Everything was fresh, tasty, & hot. Prices are also very affordable for group dining. If you're planning to host a group party, I highly recommend this place. The only downside is that the room is quite small & cozy, so it can feel a bit tight when the group is large. Overall, totally worth it!
5 star service! The server has a broken foot & still managed to deliver 5 star service; incredible!
All the food is mouthwatering. Had 2 beef dishes & 1 eggplant dish. All delicious with unique flavours.
Best chinese (non dumpling, non-soup, non-americanized) food I had in Montreal.
Excellent food, large portions. Highly recommend! Great & friendly service. The restaurant can accommodate large groups too.
The food is delicious, portions are really big & affordable! Strongly recommend.
Food is fantastic. The Twice-Cooked Pork tasted exactly like how I remember it from Beijing
Une belle découverte! J'ai adoré mon expérience chez Cuisine AuntDai, serveuse très sympathique & que dire de la nourriture, une vrai déliceeee! Je retournerais sans hésiter! À très bientôt!
We ordered braised pork with sweet potato noodles, general tao, ribs & a side of rice.
Braised pork with sweet potatoes noodles:
The noodles were very tasty but the braised porc lacked taste. The sauce had a watery sour taste almost bitter. I wish there were more noodles in the plate, there were about half a cup worth of noodles for maybe a cup & a half of meat. 2/10
General Tao: Very soft batter. The meat was good but there was not that much sauce. 6.5/10
Ribs: The sauce had a watery & sour taste almost bitter. 2/10
Rice: under salted. It might be a good thing if the side dishes are very flavourful but dishes we ordered were lacking flavour.
We ordered through Uber Eats & the ratings on our dishes were pretty high (90%+ with 700+ votes) so we're a bit surprised by the quality of the food we received. Maybe it was a one off.
