Germano was on a mission to give the West Island a taste of Italy with a touch of New York. I just came here for the first time on Saturday with family & we had a great time! The staff is happy to serve. Germano, the owner, is the best! What a humble & generous person. He sat down with us & spoke to us like we were his family. He takes pizza making to a whole other level! It shows that he's truly passionate about his craft, that he wants to share his knowledge & give others a culinary experience that they won't forget. We tried the Grandma, Toscana, & the Cup & Char pizzas. Topped with the hot honey & truffle oil…Soo good! The garlic knots were sensational too. I walked out with a fresh baguette, my cousin, a bag of pasta, & my brother bought pizza dough too. Grazie! A presto!
We just had a family lunch at this fabulous restaurant. The staff & the owner were super kind. They brought us a couple slices of cheese on the house to try. & they even replaced an olive oil bottle that we purchased, but broke by accident.
Highly recommend. Amazing pizza. Especially the margarita pizza was phenomenal.

Amazing place to grab a slice or sit down with the family for dinner. Every time I take a bite, it just gets better & better. It's no surprise this place is a hit, since the owner is a true representation of the restaurant & its brand. His pride in the shop shows in every detail, from the fresh, high-quality ingredients to the welcoming atmosphere. As a devoted Habs fan, he brings the same loyalty & passion to his pizzeria, & it shows.
Amazing amazing pizza & cannolis in the West Island!!! We are from Toronto & heard such good things from our family in Montreal & Cugini's did not disappoint. Grandma slices are comparable to New York slices, & the cannoli is hands down the best cannoli I have ever had - even ones from Italy! Also the portion sizes are huge. 100% recommend & this will be a staple every time we are in Montreal now.
I would like to start by saying the people of the West Island have been given a gift. The gift is the amazing quality of Pizza that Germano & his team serve everyone at Cuginis. Very flavourful , great tasking crust & a warm friendly atmosphere this place has. The customer service is extremely friendly. Everyone welcomes you with a smile & you can tell the staff enjoys working at Cuginis. I myself have been a regular since Cuginis relocated in Pierrefonds , & now my family & their friends have become regulars as well. Today we had two pepperoni pizzas & two Americanos. Everyone loved it. The table couldn't stop ranting about how good the pizza was & how light on the stomach it was. Unlike other pizza places. Cuginis pizza doesn't leave you feeling bloated at all. Germano & his team are true gems.

Not sure if there was ever a eat in option, we've gotten take out every time. Amazing pizza, best in Montreal IMHO. Try it out, worth it!
UPDATE: New location in Pierrefonds is a nice & open space. The pizza is even better when you order it fresh, & GET THE GARLIC KNOTS!
The salads are fantastic, & the desserts are amazing.
But the main draw at Cugini's is undoubtedly the staff. They make you feel like family, & the chef is always happy to share stories, give you a taste, & get to know you.
Give them a try, you won't regret it.
Best pizza in Montreal, maybe even the world! Absolutely incredible. I'm from the States & when I came to visit my girlfriend's family they showed me photos of this pizza & I knew I had to try. It's unbelievable. I knew there was hype & it exceeded my wildest dreams. If you're in Montreal, it's a must - you need to take a trip to the West Island & try what I think is the greatest pizza out there.
The staff are so friendly, the atmosphere is perfect for a pizza spot, & the pizza offerings, as well as their collection of pastas & tomato sauce (& frozen ricotta gnocchi) is amazing. Run, don't walk, to go grab a slice, or an entire pizza.
First off, I'm lactose intolerant & it doesn't stop me from going because it's the only pizza I can eat that doesn't hurt my stomach. The staff are simply wonderful & care so much about their clients. The pizza…. Oh the pizza… it's the BEST I have ever had in my life. Even better than when I lived in Italy! I am serious! Cugini's changed my life & my palette. The owner Germano is the kindest soul you will ever meet. He just feels like family & gives back to the community in so many ways. The decor is epic! Stikki Peaches on the walls & the cleanliness of the counters & tables do not go unnoticed. This is now my go to favourite pizza spot. I love it there so much, I asked if I can join the Cugini's family! If you haven't been, stop waiting. You deserve it!
