I've always loved Cugini's pizza, but their new mortadella panini is next level. My friend & I tried it for lunch today & it might honestly be the best sandwich I've ever had. Absolute must try!! We'll definitely be back!
First time at Cugini's & wow! I had the grandma's pizza.. The flavors are pure harmony, you notice the care, you taste the intention! The rich tomatoes, parmesan & basil, everything balanced to perfection.This is pizza made with soul & with love... simple, honest, & unforgettable. Having moved from Montreal to Toronto over 25 years ago, whenever I come back to visit I do the rounds; Kojax, Lafleur's, & of course, TOMATO PIZZA! When I first moved & began my search for tomato pizza in Toronto, they didn't understand & thought I meant sliced tomatoes on top of a pizza lol! I've yet to find any even close to what we are used to here, & Cugini's tomato pizza is on a whole other level & by far the best tomato pizza I've EVER had, & trust me I've had them all! Not to mention the owners are the sweetest & make you feel right at home.. yes there is a piece missing as you can see in my pic, I couldn't wait 😂
Stopped in from NDG & it was love at first bite. The New York-style pizza was outstanding, with incredibly fresh ingredients that really stood out. The owner's passion is evident in everything-from the quality of the food to the excellent customer service. Both the owner & staff were so pleasant & genuinely enjoyable to talk to, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Thank you, Cugini's, for reminding me that life is better with great pizza made by wonderful people.so happy to find this West Island gem!
New Year's Day & stumbled upon Cugini's Pizza in Pierrefonds, Kirkland, Quebec. Wow what a gem 🤩. We ordered XL Veggie & it was delicious + gourmet - XL Nonna Pizza - no kidding it was a prize if can be awarded, even better than in Italy. Each bite melted in your mouth & full of fresh flavours. It was hot also when we got box open. We are 6 yrs away & I'm dreaming of this pizza!! Hopefully the chef is the owner as what a pizza!!!! No pics of pizza but there's plenty online. The service was great also. A friendly smiling girl greeted me & was very pleasant. The place had dine in also & was clean with a great vibe & folks watching the hockey game.
Cugini's pizza is simply the best. Be prepared to wait though, with the understanding that the best pizza takes time to create & is lovingly prepared just for you. So enjoy the experience! Germano the owner is very welcoming & takes the time to greet his customers, giving this very modern & unique eatery a touch of old world charm. Very pleasant & helpful staff too! I'm a lifer❤?🍕👌

We've loved Cugini's for years & have been going since it first opened on Elm. The pizza, while a bit pricey, is consistently fresh & absolutely delicious - truly some of the best around. Service has also generally been good, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
Tonight, my grandmother went to pick up pizza on a very cold evening & brought her dog with her. After picking up the order, her car wouldn't start. The roadside assistance company told her it could take 1-2 hours to help her. Cold & understandably distressed, she went back inside to ask if she could sit quietly in a corner with her dog just until I could get there (20 minutes max) so she wouldn't freeze. She fully understood that animals aren't usually allowed & wasn't looking to stay long.
Disappointingly, the owners said no. One of the employees kindly offered to let my grandmother sit in her own car while I was on my way to pick her up - & we're very grateful for that act of compassion.
While I understand policies exist, the situation left us feeling that a bit more empathy could have gone a long way, especially given the circumstances. This experience has made us second-guess returning, which is really disappointing because we've always thought of Cugini's as a warm, community-oriented place.
Cugini's Pizza is easily one of the best gourmet additions to Pierrefonds & Kirkland. Since moving from Beaconsfield, this spot has completely elevated the local pizza scene. The moment you walk in, you can smell the difference. Fresh basil, bubbling cheese, quality olive oil, & the unmistakable aroma of a perfectly charred crust set the tone right away. Every pizza is made with care, tradition, & real passion, & you can sense it before the first bite even reaches the table.
The dough, sauce, & toppings taste exceptionally fresh, & the thin crunchy crust has become a favourite throughout the West Island. Many people, myself included, consider Cugini's the best pizza in the area. The prices are higher than what you find at basic corner pizza shops, but the quality more than justifies it. This is gourmet pizza done the right way.
Germano, the owner, adds a personal touch that shapes the entire experience. He takes pride in every detail, from selecting ingredients to creating a warm & welcoming atmosphere. The decor adds to the charm, with bold Stikki Peaches artwork that gives the space a colourful & creative feel while still keeping the comfort of a neighbourhood restaurant.
The menu is a standout. Their twenty four hour dough develops deep flavour & creates the perfect balance of chew & crunch. Both the classic round pizzas & the Grandma style square pies are must tries. The Pepperoni, Americano, Three Cheese, Il Bianco, & Margherita all showcase fresh ingredients that shine from the first bite. The Grandma square pizzas, especially the Cup & Char version with crispy pepperoni, ricotta, hot honey, & basil, are unforgettable.
Their specialty pizzas show real skill & imagination. Customer favourites include the Vesuvio with bold meaty flavour, the Napolitano with anchovies & fresh herbs, the Rapini with richness & a touch of bitterness, the Portofino with smoky & sweet notes, the West Islander with fresh & creamy toppings, the D.D.O. with deep earthy flavours, the Truffle with indulgent aroma, & the Toscana with a bright & balanced finish. Every pizza feels thoughtful & elevated.
I have eaten pizza in many cities, including Texas, New York, & Toronto. Cugini's is the best pizza I have had in a long time. Pierrefonds & Kirkland truly gained a gem. This is the kind of place you think about well after the meal is over.
Cugini's also offers take home pizza kits, fresh dough, & their house made sauces, which makes it easy to bring their amazing flavours into your own kitchen.
A serendipitous Friday night traffic jam led us to Cuigini's, where the culinary experience was love at first bite. The owner's passion for his craft shone through in every detail, from the mouth-watering pizza to the exceptional customer service. The staff's warm welcome made us feel right at home. Small local business, like Cugini's, is precious & vital to our communities. Thank you, Cuigini's, for reminding me that life is good with delicious pizza made by wonderful human.

What can I say about Cugini's? Their pizza of all kinds are excellent. The dough, the cheese, tomato sauce is of the highest quality - & you can taste it. I bring friends here often & it never disappoints. I strongly recommend the Cup & Char, as well as the cheese, & the Nonna. The cannolis are also very fresh & delicious.
When we first walked into Cugini's we were welcomed wholeheartedly & the owner assured us that he could make any pizza we wanted into a foccacia bread pizza. This was our best decision of the night as the anchovie pizza on foccacia was amazing. Not to mention the garlic knots were also outstanding. The hot honey is also a must (amazing to find a hot honey that actually has spice). A little on the pricy side for pizza but if you're willing to splurge a bit it is well worth it
We recently tried Cugini's for the first time after hearing so many great things-& it absolutely lived up to the hype!
We ordered the Three Cheese & Margherita pizzas, & both were outstanding. The tomato sauce was flavorful, & the dough was excellent. One highlight that truly stood out was the Hot Honey sauce for the pizza-sweet & spicy in just the right way.
The customer service was also excellent-friendly & attentive, which made the experience even better.
Cugini's has definitely become our new go-to spot for pizza.
Amazing amazing pizza & cannolis in the West Island!!! We are from Toronto & heard such good things from our family in Montreal & Cugini's did not disappoint. Grandma slices are comparable to New York slices, & the cannoli is hands down the best cannoli I have ever had - even ones from Italy! Also the portion sizes are huge. 100% recommend & this will be a staple every time we are in Montreal now.

Cugini's prepared an awesome spread for my niece's Prom. Germano (the owner & chef) selects his ingredients himself & food is always so fresh & amazingly delicious!!

Don't expect to just eat good pizza. It's delicious food that's prepared with 1st grade ingredients. Each pizza has It's own unique flavor. If you eat there for the 1st time, you will want to try the other pizzas right away.
I would like to start by saying the people of the West Island have been given a gift. The gift is the amazing quality of Pizza that Germano & his team serve everyone at Cuginis. Very flavourful , great tasking crust & a warm friendly atmosphere this place has. The customer service is extremely friendly. Everyone welcomes you with a smile & you can tell the staff enjoys working at Cuginis. I myself have been a regular since Cuginis relocated in Pierrefonds , & now my family & their friends have become regulars as well. Today we had two pepperoni pizzas & two Americanos. Everyone loved it. The table couldn't stop ranting about how good the pizza was & how light on the stomach it was. Unlike other pizza places. Cuginis pizza doesn't leave you feeling bloated at all. Germano & his team are true gems.
I am always looking out for a proper pizza place that is worth it but today
I have tried a pizza called:
Grandmother (Nonna) & let me tell you it was like heaven.
The quality was amazing, Best pizza I've ever had & trust me I've had a lot.
The moment you take few steps in, you feel the good vibes already, specially with an amazing lovely staff that is so nice & friendly.
Believe me when i tell you money well spent if you want quality pizza, its 100% worth it even if you think it's a bit more expensive than others but you are getting the best quality.
I didn't even get the chance to take a picture of the full pizza because it was devoured by the time I tried to.
I will definitely come back as this will be my one & only pizza place,
Strooooongly recommend Cugini's.
While having a car wash, nothing is as nice as having a slice of pizza or a nice cup of coffee! If you love it quiet & cozy, Cugini's Pizza on St Charles is the place for you!
