My wife & I had an incredible experience at this spot, thanks to Rana, who was an amazing host. She was super accommodating & made us feel right at home. The Crusty's burger was absolutely bomb-one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! We can't wait to visit again whenever we're in Montreal. Highly recommend this place!
The food is delicious, I highly recommend the Mac Attack Seems short on staff but the staff that is there is helpful! Went in to order, I had the time to go do other commissions before returning to grab my order The ambiance reminds me of a punk 90s rock bar, theres an arcade machine

My husband & I took the beef bacon burger & it was to die for 😍 Well worth the money. The fries were delicious as well as the burger. Highly recommend 👌
Tout d'abord j'aimerais remercier les employés pour leurs gentillesses, leurs professionnalismes & leurs sourires gardés en tout temps. En rentrant j'ai eu le droit à un bel accueil, donc très satisfait du service. Leur poulet je l'ai trouvé délicieux même si pour moi c'est bien un des seuls mets bon chez eux. J'ai commandé également une poutine & un cheesecake & je peux dire que c'était pas incroyable, enfaite selon moi tout ce qu'il y a de bon chez eux c'est leur poulet. Mais j'ai envie de dire, à quoi faut-il s'attendre d'un fast food? Pas grand chose je pense! J'ai même eu le droit à un service à la table de la part du personnel donc encore une fois le service je l'ai trouvé très sympathique. Un bon 7/10 pour moi. Je le recommande un peu mais pas trop!

In general, it's a good place to eat fast food. Service was kind all the time & the burgers were ready pretty quick. Price is fair too. Food quantity & quality is on point. Only downside maybe would be the abusive amount of sauce, it's way too much for real. I would recommend you to indicate the cashier that you don't want that much of sauce in your burger, unless you really want it that moisty.
If you have 30 minutes to waiste just to wait for your food then by all means go ahead. Food is average at best, service is a joke at the very least & the wait time for a simple order...well it is way tooooo long. They dont really seem to care that you wait so long i mean if the food was outstanding then ok but again it is average nothing spectacular there. I would not recommend only because of wait time ( & it was not busy at all ) but i wont because not only you wait but the attitude umm , no thank you !
