Expérience très désagréable.
J'ai demandé à la personne à la caisse 3 morceaux de poulet frits. On m'a facturé 27 $, puis j'ai précisé que je voulais simplement 3 morceaux de poulet frit. Finalement ils m'ont chargé le bon prix & la personne m'a aussi répondu : « Ah, OK, je pensais que vous aviez demandé des ailes aussi. »
Après une attente très longue, on me remet finalement des tenders de poulet. Je leur explique que j'avais demandé 3 morceaux de poulet frit & la personne à la caisse a pris ma commande. Par la suite, on m'informe finalement qu'ils ne font pas de poulet frit, seulement des tenders.
Très mauvaise communication & beaucoup trop d'attente pour finalement ne pas recevoir ce qui avait été demandé. Première & dernière fois pour moi. Très décevant.
