For more than 20 years, the restaurant business has been an important part of Croisières AML's activities in urban areas, with more than 100,000 meals served on board each year. This product is still in constant expansion. Even today, the AML Cavalier Maxim and AML Louis Jolliet are the only restaurant ships in Quebec where meals are prepared entirely on board.

We came on the cruise for a work event & it was amazing. The food was good & they accommodated my egg allergy very well. We had the 3-service meal & it tasted very good. Then there was a DJ & we partied all night.

Réservation de 4 billets pour 200$ cad . le prix un peu excessif pour nous .
1h30 de croisière sur un beau bateau , franchement sympathique, même avec la pluie. La dame est un bon guide touristique avec de très belles explications.
Pour ce qui est de la restauration, attention aux tarifs !.
Mais c'est franchement à faire en début de vacances , car la guide explique ce qu'il y a à faire sur Montréal, pas comme nous qui l'avons fait à la fin 🥺🤣.

Nous avions hier la croisière de soir sans le repas. Installation sur le pont extérieur supérieur. Une seule serveuse pour les commandes. Nous avons reçu nos consommations une heure plus tard.... Je suis allée moi-même au bar en bas pour les consommations suivantes. Nous sommes de bons consommateurs & pour le prix élevé, un service adéquant aurait été de mise. La pauvre serveuse ne fournissait pas & oubliait & se mélangeait. Vue magnifique & suffisamment de places assises.

I took the cruise. Was pretty cool, be first in line so you can get seats on the top deck. Below deck is hot & doesn't offer such a nice view. Above deck is better view & a nice breeze.
