For more than 20 years, the restaurant business has been an important part of Croisières AML's activities in urban areas, with more than 100,000 meals served on board each year. This product is still in constant expansion. Even today, the AML Cavalier Maxim and AML Louis Jolliet are the only restaurant ships in Quebec where meals are prepared entirely on board.

Nous avons été déçus par la qualité des plats servis lors de notre brunch le 6 juin 2026. Nous étions 10 personnes. C'est regrettable, car nous espérions passer un bon moment gastronomique. Je vous invite à retravailler la saveur de vos menus : les tarifs demandés ne sont pas justifiés, même pour une clientèle touristique. En tant que locaux, nous attendions mieux. À noter cependant que le personnel est particulièrement agréable.

Une très belle expérience au Vieux-Port de Montréal! L'embarquement était bien organisé, rapide & efficace. Le personnel à la billetterie était accueillant, professionnel & disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Une fois à bord, les vues sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent & la ville étaient magnifiques. L'ambiance était agréable & le service impeccable du début à la fin. Une activité incontournable pour découvrir Montréal sous un autre angle. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Départ prévu du bateau à 10h30...à 11h30 on était encore a quai avec vue sur...les murs de soutènement du quai (voir photos) & le service avait commencé...donc au lieu de manger au fil de l'eau en appréciant le paysage, on est resté immobile, le moteur en route ( pas agréable comme ambiance)
Que dire du Brunch inclus avec le' voyage' ...bof...
Portions ridicules (mais super présentation !) Saveur....ouais, correct
Apéro : Mimosa, demi flûte ! 12,50$..
Ca devient ridicule
Jus de fruit pour enfant, si votre enfant n'aime pas le jus d'orange, proposition du serveur : un cocktail de fraises ?
Allez...super beau, très ( trop) grand verre & paf 12,50$ ..
Ne prenez surtout pas de verre de vin..imbuvable .. rien que la couleur du vin fait peur. J'ai goûté des vins de Cubi meilleur
La ballade ? Aller retour Vieux Port/ pointe est de l'île Ste Hélène...on fait même pas le tour de cette magnifique île..

The food was bad, the chicken burger was uncooked, we didn't have a choice for chips & salad, & there was a spider on my chicken. The music was hell, the only good thing was the cake. Also the coke tastes like absolutely nothing

The boat is old, but the food is very underwhelming, it was ok for tourists but does not represent Montreal culinary standards (I took the morning brunch tour) but the historical explanation on the deck was nice & the service was great. I find it's expensive, but good to try once but I would not go back unless I was invited.
