Ce café est un vrai bijou. C est une ancienne banque & les plafonds sont impressionnants. À mettre sur votre liste des choses à faire & à voir absolument à Montréal & plus précisément dans le Vieux Port.Voir plus

Sadly they have made changes in the last months that limit much more the space for working comfortably. It seems they just want to enjoy a meal & leave. The only way to have a place to work is paying for a private space which is not cheap & not really worth the price. Much better to get a day pass at any Wework. The atmosphere is good. Super café, c'est un endroit magnifique qui mérite sa popularité! Les cafés sont de bonnes qualités & les employés très souriants & aimables! Seul problème, j'ai commandé un sandwich classique & il était effectivement classique, pain, salade, tomates, fromage, avocat noircie & sauce… le problème c'est qu'il etait sans réel saveurs. Je ne dénigre pas le travail du personnel mais plutôt le prix pour le goût… je ne recommande pas se sandwichVoir plus

Generally, the quality of the coffee was exceptional. I highly recommend a cappuccino with a sandwich if you plan to work at the café for a long time, they have long-term seating, which is great.The ambiance of the bank was just really nice & it did not disappoint. I did find it to be a little bit more on the expensive side, but it is worth it.Voir plus

Likely a lot of the people came to look at the cafe, being named prettiest cafe in Montreal in the Time Out magazine. It was a very grand building, with high ceilings, & intricate designs. Standing room only on a Sunday afternoon. Had a hot chocolate & took in the scenery.Voir plus

It's great a place to visit for architecture, but café is super full, barely have a place to sit down (a Saturday at noon for example), you have to pay extra to use the booths, pastries are quite on the expensive side, 8$ for a financier. Staff are helpful tho.Voir plus

Maybe it was the over expectation that people created around it, but this wasn't the most wow experience. I mean yeah it has high ceilings & other old timey architectural stuff, but if you really wanna see that, just walk down to the Bank of Montreal Museum just down the street. It was all that done & preserved much better. Then the food menu isn't really well crafted. Just as a normal cafe anywhere would have. Tastes the same too. Then the seating is the worst thing of all. They haven't really figured out if they are serving daily customers or tourists or all-day working professionals. They've tried to cater to all, but failed to please any.Voir plus
