They have an almost excessively large menu of crepe varieties to choose from. Our waitress was friendly & attentive. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with high chairs available. Plenty of vegetarian options. Sweet & savory crepes are available.View more
The food was amazing & our server Arnaud was so sweet! We got the fondue trio for two & got multiple plates of meat with no up charge. The value for the food is great, would highly recommendView more
We had the savory crepe which was tasteless, & could hardly cut through the asparagus, although the sweet one was very good. The fellow who served us seemed in a rush, asking us how was the food, but just rushed by while asking & then went out side for a cigarette. A bit disappointing all in all.View more
Best crepe Suzette. Right on the taste. Thx for satisfying my sweet toothView more
Went here for brunch & had the shrimp crepe as the main dish. It was surprisingly good! We were initially unsure about the combination of sweet crepe with savory shrimp & cheese, but it actually worked really well. Definitely recommend trying it! For appetizers, we had the French onion soup & escargot, & both were just okay. The onion soup was a bit too salty, & the escargot felt pretty ordinary, with small snails. The service was excellent. They checked in on us at just the right times, & our table by the window was perfect, with the sunlight streaming in (such a nice atmosphere!View more
I never miss out to visit this place when i am in Montreal. This time i visited it thrice in 4 days. Their savoury crepes are as good as the sweet ones. So far i have tried the following items 1. Nutella Banana Strawberry Crepe - A combination that is so simple & yet will always touch your senses. & they nail it. 2. Shrimp Crepe - Fabulous 3. Bananabang - Okayish 4. Tiramisu Crepe - A sweet crepe which is not too sweet. 5. Fondue Chocolate- It was good too.View more
Came in solo, ordered the savory crepe with asparagus, ham, Swiss & béchamel & a cafe mocha - both were really good! Service was friendly, sat me right by a window, & was attentive to my table. I'd come back & try the French onion soup, fondue &/or the sweet crepes because they have a lot of great options!View more
Chez Suzette is a charming crêperie that perfectly balances a warm atmosphere with delicious, authentic French crêpes. Located in the heart of the city,Their menu features a wide variety of sweet & savory options to suit every palate. For a savory choice, try the Laurentienne, a hearty crêpe For something sweet,The portions are generous, & the service is consistently friendly & welcoming. Whether you're a crêpe enthusiast or just looking for a unique dining experience, Chez Suzette is a must-visit! Staff are very friendly & the owner visited our table its another sign of a good customer serviceView more
Between a cafe & a restaurant the atmosphere is pleasant enough & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Food is pretty good. With savory & sweet crepes, cheese & chocolate & soup fondue, & lots of sweet treats they cover a verity of hungry appetites especially for groups of families & friends. I was going to say that you cannot go wrong with crepes but then I remembered some other places that did manage to ruin crepes but not this place. So praises for knowing what works on crepes! All the toppings & fillings we tried, sweet & savory, were enjoyed by me & my family!View more
The crepes were so good, especially if you have a sweet tooth. The servers were so nice & helped us to decide.View more
Crepes were quite nice. I like the variety of vegetarian crepes. I had "western vegetarian crepe" which was filled with scrambled eggs, mushrooms, red peppers & cheese. The garden salad was fresh & large but the dressing was too sweet for me. Service was excellent.View more
My favourite spot for sweet crepes.. consistently fresh & deliciousView more
Wish I had stumbled upon this place first. First class Creperie, with salty & sweet Crepes, plenty of other options. Good prices, my crepe was worth every penny. They accommodated my take out request well. Great service, & not just a tourist attraction.View more
Both the sweet & savoury crepes were really really good (western vegetarian & cheesecake options). We also got the cheese fondue but the assortment of bread to dip in it could've been better - one type that was served tasted particularly stale. We also felt a bit rushed to order by the waiter who checked on us every 30 seconds or so to see if we're ready to order - but otherwise it was pleasantView more

Their menu boasts an enticing selection of creamy delights, from salty & sweet crèpes to indulgent cheese & chocolate fondues. The ambiance exudes warmth & charm, making it the perfect spot to cozy up with a bowl of rich onion soup on a chilly day. With its frnch style menu & inviting atmosphere, Chez Suzette is a must-visit destination for anyone craving a taste of culinary bliss in Montreal.View more
Sweet mulit level Resturant. The floors upstairs were a bit sloped which slanted the tables & chairs but it was all part of the charm. Our Server was Friendly & helpful.View more
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who provided impeccable customer service throughout our meal. Their attentiveness & genuine enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Now, let's talk about the food - simply exquisite! The crepes, in particular, were a highlight of the menu. Each bite was a delightful blend of flavors & textures, leaving us craving more. From savory to sweet, every crepe was masterfully crafted & bursting with delicious fillings. Overall, it's a dining destination worth visiting time & time again. We left feeling satisfied & already looking forward to our next visit.View more
We visited twice in our stay in Montreal. The coffee "smoothie" or milkshake was what made us return there. She service was perfect on our first visit he vas very sweet & funny we ordered crepes & coffee. second time we were told we couldn't just order coffee & I ordered their french onion soup. Was good, but this time they charged the tip without asking us. In every single place we had the option to choose anywhere from 15-18-20-22 but not once was done for us. We thought that was a bit strange.View more
Salty crepes are terrible, cold & disgusting Sweet crepes are okView more
Visiting the Crêpe Fondue specialty restaurant in Montreal was a fantastic experience during my travels. The ambiance of the place was a delightful blend of coziness & modern charm, offering a unique taste of Canadian flair. The texture of the crêpes was exceptionally noteworthy - perfectly crispy on the outside while meltingly soft inside. The variety on the menu was also impressive. From sweet to savory crêpes, the wide range of options made it a delightful dilemma to choose just one. The chocolate & banana crêpe I finally settled on was a sublime choice. The sweetness of the chocolate harmoniously blended with the freshness of the banana, creating a joyously flavorful experience in every bite. The service was outstanding as well. The staff were friendly & efficient, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. This visit will certainly be remembered as one of the highlights of my Montreal trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves crêpes.View more
Came here shortly after opening on a Saturday. The host & server was very friendly. I ordered the "Sugar Shack Special" - despite the name it is a more savoury option with scrambled eggs & bacon or or ham. I now wish I had ordered a more sweet crepe option -despite the presence of bacon inside, it lacked some flavour. The menu indicates it was supposed to be served with Maple syrup but this never came. My wife got the "Quebecoise" - crepe with ham w mushroom , & seemed to enjoy it more than I did mine. $5.25 for cup of regular coffee was a bit pricey for what it was (just regular coffee - not in a french press or anthing). I guess that goes with the territory of this place being in Old Montreal.View more
If I was an endless pit I would have liked to have ordered every items on the menu!
We came with 3 adults, 3 children (ages 5, 7, 9) & one infant around 2:30pm. The bottom floor was all taken so we were guided to the 2nd floor where there was much more room to walk between tables & more suitable for young children.
There was room to store the stroller on the main floor behind a smaller room behind doors which helped. If we wanted to bring the stroller up to the 2nd floor I am sure that would have been accommodated.
Staff are jovial, amusing, competent & considerate. Our servers was great with children. That counts for a lot.
The crepes themselves are soft, pliable, fluffier, moist & eggy without the eggy taste. Some places make the crepe too dry & thin for my liking.
La Charlevoix crepe stuffed with just the right amount of ham, brie, spinach & bechamel sauce came with 2 crepes that could be shared. The brie shines through.
The Vida Loca cold milkshake with dark chocolate, milk, Baileys & whipped cream was reminisce of an egg nog without the egg nog taste. Not too sweet at all & easy to drink. Whipped cream is not a mountain on top but more whipped into the drink before serving.
It is great to be able to order crepes specifically for kids in a portion that they could consume. The Quebecoise fit the bill & they were even given a large dispenser of maple syrup to go with it.
We just couldn't stop here so for novelty we also ordered the Chocolate fondue for 2 persons which excellently fulfilled everyone's sweet needs to dip something in chocolate. It was the perfect amount for the 6 of us to have just enough to satiate us after an already large meal.
