A wonderful, cozy creperie offering delicious food, excellent prices, & outstanding service. A must-visit for crepe lovers! Also, the Onion Soup is amazing!View more
Went here for brunch & had the shrimp crepe as the main dish. It was surprisingly good! We were initially unsure about the combination of sweet crepe with savory shrimp & cheese, but it actually worked really well. Definitely recommend trying it! For appetizers, we had the French onion soup & escargot, & both were just okay. The onion soup was a bit too salty, & the escargot felt pretty ordinary, with small snails. The service was excellent. They checked in on us at just the right times, & our table by the window was perfect, with the sunlight streaming in (such a nice atmosphere!View more
Came in solo, ordered the savory crepe with asparagus, ham, Swiss & béchamel & a cafe mocha - both were really good! Service was friendly, sat me right by a window, & was attentive to my table. I'd come back & try the French onion soup, fondue &/or the sweet crepes because they have a lot of great options!View more
THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE & great food! I had tasty crapes, onion soup & mulled wine 🍷but the service is the most horrible u ever seen. Not friendly, not polite, horrible manager, host & servants. We were waiting for our good for approximately 40-60 mins. Tables that came after us received their food much faster & no one didn't explain why.View more
Nice spacious space & the crepe & French onion soup were delicious. Service was not friendly. It was still a great meal.View more
The French onion soup is amazing ! Coupled with the cheese it's a must have in Old MTL. Loved the outside seating & old mkntreal atmosphere. Fairly expensive, I could eat that French onion soup daily, sooooo so good !!View more
Creperie Chez Suzette in Old Montreal is a delightful spot for a delicious meal. The baked French onion soup is rich & flavorful, making it a perfect start. The Caesar salad with chicken breast is fresh & nicely prepared, a great option for a lighter bite. The club sandwich stands out with its crispy bacon & fresh salad, offering a satisfying experience. Their smoked salmon crepe is truly top-class, blending savory flavors perfectly. & for dessert, the Nutella crepe is simply the best-decadent & irresistible. With its cozy atmosphere & excellent dishes, Creperie Chez Suzette is a must-visit for food lovers.View more
The onion soup was terrible. Absolutely no flavor in the broth & the cheese tasted like pizza cheese from the supermarket. Don't order it.View more
A nice place. But food was somewhat average. The plate they used with my beef foundoo didn't look that appealing. The onion soup was niceView more
Very close together table setting outside, the onion soup was tasteless, they must use chicken broth, little onion. Escargot was just ok, & we had creperie suzette had more of a watered down syrup, no orange taste. The orange slices on it where difficult to eat with the rind still on. Very disappointed. The wine was very good.View more
I've eaten here a few times years ago under the old owner. It was OK. I've recently discovered there is a new owner with some new items on the menu, new eating areas, expanded kitchen... with a more exciting vibe. I recently went to revisit it & everything was amazing! I had the lobster bisque to start. This is the best lobster bisque I've ever had! It was creamy & piping hot. Then, I had their escargot au gratin with the garlic bread au gratin. I recommend getting both to dip into the butter & to make an escargot canapé with each bite. They are very generous with the cheese & it's toasted just right. For my main plate, I tried a new item on their menu, the crêpe with the smoked salmon! It arrived beautifully decorated with tomato slices, lemon slices, red onions & capers. It was also amazing. I didn't have room for their amazing dessert crêpes this time around, I will definitely be back much more often to try everything again.View more

If you are craving a crepe this is the place. They also have pretty good French onion soup. Place feels a little dated but when your food is good who cares about the decor? Enjoy your crepes!View more
Delighting in Escargot & French Onion Soup at Crêperie Chez Suzette Nestled in the heart of Montreal, Crêperie Chez Suzette is a charming culinary gem that transports diners to the cozy streets of France with its authentic French cuisine. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in two classic French dishes: Escargot & French Onion Soup. 10/10View more
Escargot was perfectly cooked. French onion soup was delicious. Spinach salad was generous. Chocolate fondue for one was big enough for too. Came to the table cold but once warmed up it was a delight. Definitely recommend.View more
We visited twice in our stay in Montreal. The coffee "smoothie" or milkshake was what made us return there. She service was perfect on our first visit he vas very sweet & funny we ordered crepes & coffee. second time we were told we couldn't just order coffee & I ordered their french onion soup. Was good, but this time they charged the tip without asking us. In every single place we had the option to choose anywhere from 15-18-20-22 but not once was done for us. We thought that was a bit strange.View more
Stephany is the kindest & her smile makes your day, if you love crepe that's the spot . Also French onion soup is the blast thereView more
Best French onion soup I've ever had... & the crepes were awesome! Could have shared one with my wife though as our order each came with two large crepes! I got the shrimp & each was packed full of shrimp!View more
So disappointed. Onion soup was ok. Tasty but not an “ah” moment. The crepes were a real disappointment. We are used to thin crispy crepes. Too bad Ty Briezh closed. These crepes were too thick. Béchamel sauce was really blah. Will not go back. Staff were very niceView more
