Globalement, Cora Dejeuners et diners est percu comme une adresse fiable pour un petit-dejeuner ou brunch genereux, axe sur les fruits frais et des classiques apprecies comme les oeufs Benedict, les crepes et les gaufres, avec des portions généreuses et un bon rapport qualite-prix. Le service est frequent describe comme rapide et chaleureux, l equipe etant attentive et disponible, ce qui cree une ambiance conviviale adapte aux familles et aux groupes. Des critiques evoquent des variations de menu et de prix selon l emplacement et l heure, ainsi que des plats pouvant etre trop sucrees ou moins convaincants par rapport a d autres chaines de brunch. En somme, Cora Dejeuners et diners demeure une option populaire pour des brunchs et petits dejeuners genereux, avec une ambiance chaleureuse et une certaine constance rassurante, bien que les experiences puissent varier selon l endroit et le moment.
It's okay. During a busy period, they just completely forgot my order. I didn't start eating until after an hour. For pancakes, sausage, & eggs for that matter. Guys, it's breakfast, not a 5-star meal. They even took away my jam & ketchup from my table because they assumed I was done eating. (Which is insane because *all* the servers passed by me during this time. For sure they knew didn't see me eat a single thing.) They probably thought i was crazy for staring at my phone for an hour doing nothing. (I was staying at the hotel literally two seconds away; I would rather stare at my phone in the comfort of my room, not in a busy restaurant at 10 AM but I digress.)
I wasn't really compensated for this & obviously I tipped nothing. I didn't ask for compensation, I didn't really complain, I probably should've. I didn't get my ketchup & my jam back so I had to eat my potatoes plain & my complimentary toast just plain. (I didn't really want to ask them again & I had to make it to an appointment the next hour, & they were extremely busy.)
Besides from the actual issue, Cora doesn't have a lot of value. The portions are okay, I guess, but it's also 20 dollar pancakes so it's hard to assess value. Also, don't go to a Cora's attached to a hotel that has no complimentary breakfast. It's gonna be busy because people don't have a choice. If I were to follow my gut, I would've just probably just went to the Ben & Florentine just a block away.
Food was undercooked , waitress gave me something I didn't ask for , thought I was getting what was on the menu. Shifty attitude of waitress n busboy was not happy where he was.

This is a franchise brunch spot, & it should be evaluated as such. They deliver consistent, well-executed dishes that are generous & tasty. The service has never failed me, & the atmosphere is very much what you'd expect from a franchise-slightly outdated visually, but I personally enjoy that vintage feel. I've been a few times & have always had a great experience!
Just a straight up solid breakfast choice, similar pricing to most of the area so don't expect anything cheap but I had the Montreal smoked meat skillet & it was great.
Le gérant mexicain qui travaille dans ce restaurant n'est pas aimable & ne sait pas comment traiter les clients. Mon groupe d'amis est reparti insatisfait du service qu'il a lui-même donné. En plus, il se comporte comme s'il était le propriétaire du restaurant. Ce monsieur travaille du jeudi au dimanche.
Had the eggs Benedict. Delicious. I do suggest putting the fruit on a separate plate or in a bowl so the hollandaise sauce doesn't get on the fruit. It only got on my grapes so not a big deal. Service was friendly & quick.
Next day had the bagel with creme frais & im going to have my bagels like this for the rest of my life. Yum.
Was in town for a couple of days about two weeks ago & had a really nice brunch w my family. The hostess, Celine, was super helpful & always ready to help even when the servers weren't available. Great energy, good vibes & looks too.

I normally just have fruit & coffee for breakfast but I thought I would make an exception on my last day in Montreal. My waiter Marco was very knowledgeable about cooking procedures about various menu items. He talked me into this masterpiece of fruit, yogurt, & oatmeal. It was awesome. You should try it.
Delicious breakfast with a heavy focus on fresh fruit. Crepes & waffles were both very good. Expect to spend $20-30 per adult. To enter, use the Hotel Europa entrance & turn left once you are inside.
We used to love this place & visit often, but during our last visit we noticed changes to the menu-& the prices as well.
Not sure if it will remain our favorite spot, or if we'll start looking for a new brunch place.
Fantastic place for brunch recommended to us. Excellent Benedict's, many other special dishes not normally offered elsewhere. The food came out incredibly fresh, hot, well done with extra fruits. Samira our waitress was fantastic & kind, coffee was kept filled, everyone's order was perfectly done, definitely will go again.
