Terrible experience. Very disappointing experience at Comptoir 400.
We ordered a 120 oz pitcher of Blue Moon & double-checked with the waiters to make sure we were getting the correct beer. However, we received Coors Light instead of Blue Moon, & the pitcher also appeared to be only 90 oz instead of 120 oz.
When we raised these issues, the bar manager was disrespectful & refused to acknowledge the problem. The situation escalated, & the police were called. We tried explaining what happened & even tried showing pictures of the pitcher, but we felt completely ignored & unfairly treated. We were threatened with arrest & felt racism if we didn't pay the bill, so we ultimately paid & left.
Additionally, the police initially refused to provide their badge numbers. After repeatedly asking, one officer eventually gave his badge number, but the officer who was particularly rude refused to provide his.
Extremely disrespectful handling of a simple order issue. Would not recommend.

The Folks at this establishment were Beyond Friendly as well as Accommodating. Jessica & Eugene were Exceptionally Kind in their dealings with Us . A Great Vibe along with Great Food always leads to a Wonderful Experience!!

We cannot say enough about this wonderful restaurant. We didn't have to wait long & there were 14 of us! We went to watch the soccer final match (after seeing Cirque du Soleil nearby) & have some delicious food. Jessica greeted us at the door & was excellent in getting a table ready for us in no time & accommodated us well. We were all happy. The menu had a wonderful selection. Especially of Vegetarian foods too. The service was friendly & efficient. Sylvain our server did an excellent job in making sure that we were all satisfied & happy. Thank you Sylvain. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here & would come again. I will not hesitate to recommend Comptoir 400 for your Dining experience! Thank you again Jessica for accommodating us & for the delicious meals. We left feeling energized & happy. We were all visiting from different parts of Canada & the USA. Yesterday, our group of 11 people went to this restaurant for lunch.
The experience was terrible, & I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
We were kept waiting for 30 minutes just to receive our bill. In the end, the staff told us they couldn't provide separate checks, even though we had clearly requested separate bills several times before placing our orders.
This was very disappointing & showed poor customer service.
To make up for the inconvenience, they gave us a discount. However, they also charged us for two Coca-Cola drinks that we never ordered.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, & I would not recommend this restaurant
Yesterday, our group of 11 people came to this restaurant for lunch, & unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
After we finished our meal, we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to receive the bill. From the beginning, we had clearly asked for separate checks based on each person's order, but after keeping us waiting, the staff told us they couldn't split the bill the way we had requested.
To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a discount on the beer. However, we later noticed that two Coca-Cola drinks we never ordered had been added to our bill. In the end, we ended up paying for those extra drinks.
Overall, the service was poorly managed, & the entire experience was frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.
Nous etions un groupe de 12, nous avions ete servi par Milan &… que dire ? Le service a été tout bonnement exceptionnel, la nourriture & les mocktails étaient top aussi!
L'ambiance sur la terrasse est aussi chaleureuse que le service, je recommande fortement !
