Chill spot & awesome staff, but the food was lacking what the price was asking. Fish & chips were deep fried well & had a good crisp, but I honestly think they were frozen store bought & served with Cavendish french fries. Kraft tartare sauce is also a let down.
The Athena (Greek) Salad was ok & came with a decent amount of feta cheese but tomatoes could have been fresher but in general still lacking something for the price. Drink & service were great, & all in all, still had a great time.

We passed by yesterday for a quick drink. Firstly we got a pitcher & the waitress did not even fill our cups. Secondly & more importantly, it started to rain heavily we had to go inside to order a taxi. We showed them the app & the taxi was 5 minutes away & they couldn't even let us wait inside. They rudely told us to go stand outside in the rain because they're closing. Forget customer service wheres your decency. Never again.

The atmosphere is nice. You're right on the terrasse in Place Jacques Cartier. It's a lovely location. Our only regret is that we overpaid for less than great food. We should have listened to our gut & had a drink there & move on to eat somewhere else.

Last week, my partner & I came to the restaurant to watch the fireworks.

We just wanted to grab a drink & enjoy some tiramisu, yum, & we couldn't have been happier with our waitress Mathilde.

The place was absolutely jam-packed! Despite the rush, she made sure to check on us & served us with efficiency & kindness, all while running around taking care of her other tables. She made our evening that much more enjoyable. Truly outstanding service!

We'll definitely be back, & we'll be asking for Mathilde again! :)

Yesterday, our group of 11 people went to this restaurant for lunch.
The experience was terrible, & I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
We were kept waiting for 30 minutes just to receive our bill. In the end, the staff told us they couldn't provide separate checks, even though we had clearly requested separate bills several times before placing our orders.
This was very disappointing & showed poor customer service.
To make up for the inconvenience, they gave us a discount. However, they also charged us for two Coca-Cola drinks that we never ordered.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, & I would not recommend this restaurant

Yesterday, our group of 11 people came to this restaurant for lunch, & unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
After we finished our meal, we had to wait almost 30 minutes just to receive the bill. From the beginning, we had clearly asked for separate checks based on each person's order, but after keeping us waiting, the staff told us they couldn't split the bill the way we had requested.
To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a discount on the beer. However, we later noticed that two Coca-Cola drinks we never ordered had been added to our bill. In the end, we ended up paying for those extra drinks.
Overall, the service was poorly managed, & the entire experience was frustrating. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was decent. The burgers were decent, but the pizza was subpar. Didn't taste the freshest, & the drinks were mostly watered down. After multiple servers coming to our table multiple times for the sides we had ordered when placing our meal order with our server, we had to wait to have everything we had requested. At the end of the meal, we were heckled to pay 15% tip & were told that the servers would have to pay if we didn't pay the required tip. The attitude & response from the server regarding it was really disappointing & felt disrespectful. We were willing to pay a tip, but being asked to pay more & telling us odd rationale didn't sit right with us. She said how it was mandatory to tip 15% in all of Canada- which, we've traveled all over the country, where is that the norm? The servers behaviour & attitude was dis heartening; especially, after a long wait time to get our order taken, waiting for our dinner & on top of that being heckled for tips.

We stopped by Comptoir 400 for a casual dinner & enjoyed a delicious large pizza & fresh salad. The flavors were great, & the ingredients tasted high quality. The setting is cozy & modern-ideal for a quick, satisfying meal.

Service was friendly, but a bit rushed. We asked to have the salad first & the pizza after a short break, but both arrived at the same time. Also, the drink selection is fairly limited, which might be a downside for some.

Still, the food quality & overall vibe make this spot worth a visit. Just a bit more attention to pacing & service details would make it a five-star experience.
