On Feb 16th at 11 am I asked for a cold brew cafe,
the employee gave me a hot brewed cafe, I politely reminded her for the cold cafe brew, she was not happy & challenged me for it & even gave me a bad eye! she ended up giving me the cold brew (without ice as she said she doesn't have' but the attitude & costumer service was terrible!
I used to stop here often for my favourite Shake de l'Ours 🐻🍯 The staff has always been friendly & welcoming, which is why this is disappointing to write.
On my recent visit, I was asked to leave due to a new policy banning dogs - even for a quick grab-&-go order right at the entrance. I completely understand not wanting pets dining inside, but I wasn't staying or sitting down. I even offered to order online & wait outside for pickup, but that was also refused.
After nearly two years as a regular customer without ever causing any issue, it's unfortunate to lose a place I genuinely enjoyed - not by choice, but because of this policy change 😔
Ce café s est dégradé avec un mauvais service de la part des barista arrongant & forcés pour bous servir, saletés & tables non nettoyées. cheminée non fonctionnelle depuis très longtemps.

I challenged a young man who was waiting in line with his large dog. I don't want to sit in the same room with a dog. This young man told me he was told by the Columbus people his dog was welcome. I want to tell the Columbus people that no dog is welcome where I am drinking coffee. As I was leaving I saw another dog sitting at the back. Honestly, dogs have no place where food is served. As well, dogs are NOT people, as dog owners seem to believe. I won't be drinking coffee here anymore.
This location is focused on getting you served fast but with an acceptable level of consistancy & overall quality. The turnover is high, but they are good at vetting tallent so all of the staff are great. They have an extensive menu, but again the focus in throughput means that some freshness is compromised.
Love the espresso here. They also have good London fog if you don't want coffee. Staff are friendly! There's lots of space so you can bring your laptop if you have work to do.
The music is always way too loud, & the food is never good. Last time I went they were playing reggaeton music, which I like, but not what I want to hear at a café. That said, their coffee is good, & the space is nice.
