I had a matcha & a muffin there, both were really good, service was prompt & polite. The place is clean & has a nice ambiance.

I visited this café about 2 hours before closing & ordered a drink. The barista didn't ask whether it was for here or takeout & automatically served it in a plastic cup. When I told him it was for here he asked whether I was sitting inside or outside. After I said outside he replied that they serve outdoor customers in plastic cups.

This doesn't make any sense to me, there were still around two hours until closing so it's not as if they were trying to avoid washing dishes at the end of the night. If it had been 15 minutes before closing I would've understood.

Not to mention that the tables & chairs on the terrace are consistently dirty & we often have to clean them ourselves.

I've been a customer for years, so it's disappointing to see the quality of service getting worse year after year.

I didn't like the service at all. I went on a Saturday afternoon & felt not welcomed at all. 2 male servers in their late 20s or may be 30s & cold manners & not friendly at all. Not even a word for greetings or to welcome me, nor any thank you &'here you are' after preparing a coffee. Their behaviours towards other clients were not that bad so I am really wondering if it is a case of discrimination or racial prejudice.

Very busy location with good drinks

However, there are very few plugs which makes me not want to go often due to not being able to charge my laptop

Also, due to there being little to no cafés in the area, this location may benefit from staying open later past 8 p.m.

Un de mes endroits préférés en ville ! L'atmosphère y est tellement chaleureuse, inspirante & lumineuse. Le café est excellent, & les viennoiseries sont un véritable coup de coeur - un pur délice. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur accueil si bienveillant & leur attention aux détails. C'est l'endroit parfait pour commencer la journée ou pour partager de beaux moments. Je recommande à 100 %

I like the menu options for every time of the year, the food is good & the prices are reasonable. Personally I don't like the coffee of the franchise but I take anything other than that & it is still worth it for the prices (specially as a student).
The workers are always nice & friendly, anytime I brought up an issue they were understanding & kind.

Je viens de commander deux cafés & deux pâtisseries. Il est exactement 19h12. Ils ferment à 20h & on me dit que la commande est seulement pour emporter parce qu'ils vont bientôt fermer. Il reste encore environ 45 minutes ! Ces gens-là ne veulent pas travailler ou quoi ?
