I like the menu options for every time of the year, the food is good & the prices are reasonable. Personally I don't like the coffee of the franchise but I take anything other than that & it is still worth it for the prices (specially as a student).
The workers are always nice & friendly, anytime I brought up an issue they were understanding & kind.

I used to stop here often for my favourite Shake de l'Ours 🐻🍯 The staff has always been friendly & welcoming, which is why this is disappointing to write.

On my recent visit, I was asked to leave due to a new policy banning dogs - even for a quick grab-&-go order right at the entrance. I completely understand not wanting pets dining inside, but I wasn't staying or sitting down. I even offered to order online & wait outside for pickup, but that was also refused.

After nearly two years as a regular customer without ever causing any issue, it's unfortunate to lose a place I genuinely enjoyed - not by choice, but because of this policy change 😔

Very relaxed atmosphere. Great people. My only issue was with the brownie I purchased. I ordered the vegan brownie when I saw it in the glass display. When I actually received it on a plate, it was taken from somewhere else & was much smaller, almost half the size. A bit deceiving since people order from what the see on display & expect to receive what they see.
