Excellent coffee - the brown sugar latte is very good, not too sweet. The staff were also very friendly & polite, & walked us through our options patiently. The place was clean & looked beautiful.

This is their milk shake. I took one sip & throw it away. Disgusting. It was just blended watered down ice with cocoa powder(I ordered biscoff) with half tablespoon of sugar.

Je suis une cliente fidèle de Columbus, mais cette fois, c'est la dernière fois que j'y mets les pieds. L'accueil a été vraiment décevant. La jeune femme à la caisse faisait la tête, restait les bras croisés & plaisantait avec son collègue, tout en affichant une attitude froide envers les clients.
Après avoir pris notre commande, elle a simplement déposé nos deux boissons sur le comptoir sans nous appeler pour venir les récupérer quand je suis parti demander si elles sont prêtes elles étaient déjà froides, & le cappuccino n'était pas décoré

Je rajouterai, les tables étaient sales & les muffins n'étaient pas comme ceux que j'ai l'habitude de manger
C'est regrettable, surtout pour une enseigne où j'avais l'habitude de venir & dont j'appréciais habituellement le service. Cette expérience a été très décevante.
